32. First off, let's set the record straight. I'm not a fan of Mr. Kelly; however, there are a 'few' facts that the media failed to mention. The young lady that is in the tape has not been officially identified. The woman that the authorities claim to be in the video has made a public statement stating she and the “unknown” person share similarities; however, she is not the person in the video.

People involved in the case say that the person in the video is actually over 18 years of age, but looks as though she is in her teens, which is why it is taking this case SO LONG to go to trial and explains why he is able to continue to make music in addition to touring.

33. Bottom line --- they dont have enough evidence to put his nasty ass behind bars. Now when they do obtain the needed information, he needs to sit in jail with two big old men who just LOVE the man R. Kelly in more ways than one! :) I wonder if he will be able to sit down after that one :-0) ouch!

38. I was under the impression R. Kelly had consensual sex with those underage girls. I realize what he did was wrong but when are we going to hold these young girls accountable for having sex with adult men willingly. Something is wrong with him for sure for even wanting to have sex with a minor. But something is also wrong with an underage girl who is willing to spread her legs for some old dude. Especially, on video. It takes two to tango and he wasn't dancing alone.

You are a dumb-azz woman! Elvis was a gentleman--times were much different "back then." Elvis had a lot of respect for females and it showed. The country was not sex-crazy as it is now! Women had respect for themselves and did not consider themselves pieces of meat--men respected women. It is a revenge charge by a former singer because she blames R. Kelly for her career not blowing up (hey, it's not American Idol where the public votes for their favorite. It's about real talent.)
