78. my mother was handicapped, and when people who werent would take a spot. it was very difficult. be happy you are well and dont need to park there. walk the extra few steps because believe me the people who need to park there only wish they didnt need to

79. Oh please. The handicap sign is behind them and appears to be some distance behind them, which indicates the handicap spot is in the row BEHIND them. Shame on you. That said, I can see that the gullible have bought it.

80. These cretins should get a big fat ticket. Nobody should be parking in a handicapped spot unless they truly are handicapped (and that includes the cretins who use the handicap placards which belong to elderly relatives even when the relative isn't in the car).

82. Some one's 71 year old Mom who just had hip surgery will have to walk 1/2 a block to pick up a pain prescription because someone felt entitled to take the only handicapped spot close by. If you've ever had a serious surgery, you'll understand why it's important to leave the spot for the poor souls who need it, either permanently or temporarily. These are also the only spots that provide wheelchair access. Unbelievable.

83. All of you guys who bleieve this story just because TMZ says its true are pathetic. Just because they are in the spot for two seconds and someone snapped the picture, doesn't mean they PARKED THERE. It clearly looks to me, like they are backing out of another spot, and just turning in the handicapped spot so the can get out of the parking lot. I'm sure we've all done that, we just haven't had a photographer there to photograph the 2 seconds we spent in the actual spot.

89. Not to condone able bodied persons from parking in a handicapped spot...but isn't Julia pregnant? I think her pregnancy may allow them to use the handicapped spot, especially high risk pregnancies. Over 40 is considered high risk. So if you want a pregnant woman to waddle all the way to the back of a parking lot with groceries.....
