If his porn star girlfriend is bad, have you read about the slimy dealings her friend Sam has been involved in? So that's a wash. Neither "companion" is exactly a prize. Couple of posters here make a good point----she should spend more energy trying to clean up her act than spying on him---as if x17 hasn't been looking for dirt for months for her. The thing is that all the things people seem to accuse him of are things he "used" to do---no one seems to have proof he's doing things now. Have you never known people who used to do things that don't do them anymore? I know plenty of them. Some people grow up and their priorities change. Maybe that's his "crime". Britney seems to have regressed instead of growing up. Doing all the childish and stupid things she does, knowing she's being filmed, missing court ordered drug tests, etc., when she knows it effects her custody fight. People blame the paps all the time, but they don't make her miss tests or do whatever she did to make the monitor file such a bad report about her lack of mothering skills. People DO change, and maybe he has for the better because he cares for what's happening to the kids. Not saying the money doesn't matter. Britney, for whatever reason, has changed for the worse and she should be seeking help for her issues rather than hiring someone to dig up dirt on KFed. The only way for her to improve her chances in court is to clean up her act. Funny how so many people implore her to GROW UP because they think she has the capacity to do so but won't give KFed benefit of the doubt that he has grown up some.

Acorrding to the court order there was to be no drinking 12 hrs b-4 seening the kids. there's fotos of someone at k-feds house drinking in his back yard...There's also picture of k-feds backyard with the kids playhouse jumpy thingie right next to pool. and the pool did not have a fence, it was of the BOYS b-day PARTY. TMZ showed k-fed with the BOYS, but X-17 showed the pool and the playhouse. side by side.THERE'S ALOT OF STUFF ON K-FED. only the media chose to put out only BRINEYS.,it's been one sided from the begining..

BOOGIE. as recent as the week of the VMA'S Perezhilton who hates Briney did a interview with Shar, and of course Briney was the Topic, during that Perez's tells Shar about the smoking weed rumor, and Shar in her own words. SAID Kevin has always smoked weed, he just doesnt do the hard stuff. He even sold it back in the day in FRESNO. where K-fed happens to be from. So I don't know how much more proof you need, Mind you in another interview when K-fed was with Britney, Shar also said K-fed was a DEAD BEAT FATHER.. now she says he's Father of the year.
So I am glad that K-fed is being investigated and watched.. P.Is are not like PAPZ..loud in your face type.K-fed better watch how he put on his panites. like M. JACKSON song. "I got a feeling somebody's watching me"

I just wish they would put an end to this and Britney would give up the rights to her kids.

I feel for Kevin in this.
He has been the only one taking good care of these boys and he gets slammed for it.

90. Rich, I agree with you 100%! I've often said that both of those little boys should be taken away from Britney AND Kevin, never to be given back! They both ought to have their names changed and to be given to some anonymous couple so they have a chance at having normal lives! As it is, their life is nothing but a CIRCUS, and it's a sin! Their lives will be ruined if they stay with Kevin or Britney.

We all know that Britney is unfit, but Kevin is a gold-digger and a user who only wants them for the money. If those little boys weren't worth millions of dollars each, he'd dump them just as fast as he dumped the other family he had before Britney came along.

Having said that, however, I hope it's true that Britney's hired private investigators to dig up dirt on Kevin, if for no other reason than to prove that he's no saint either and doesn't deserve those kids any more than she does.
