there is no cross examination.
when they take all this information and sort it out they will see clearly that howard is the constant question mark in all of this and that whatever howard claims does not add up with what actually is.

Anna did not give her son those medications.
Daniel did not take that amount of medications.
There were no medicaitons in daniel's luggage at airport.

Howard lied that he only left hospital once.
Hoaward claims he needed another slacks for daniel.
Howard claims he went to horizons to pick up that pair of slacks.
Howard was seen hurridly removing a certain brown bag that was hidden under anna's mattress was not in the room when police arrived and he voiced that concern to G. Ben

howard went into bathroom and immediately flushed toilet and came right out - -not enough time for someone to have "used" the toilet.

howard was very nervous about having an inquest and did everything in his power that one was never heard.

howard didnt want daniel's body stateside for burial but wanted claim to his body in the bahamas.
howard asked for the right to daniel's things after his death.
howard is found to be the last person who saw daniel's mother alive and daniel's mother died under the same mysterious "combination of lethal drugs"

at least five people were heard to hear anna express directly to howard that she knew he killed her son.

personally, i see much reason for murder charges against howard in daniel's death.

anyone thinking daniel was a drug addict, please think about
the fact that this does not jibe with daniels unrest with his mother's drug use. he was very concerned she was being encouraged to overuse. he expressed this to a private investigator.

he will always be rememberd as a promising young man because he took a stand as soon as he was coming to the age to asert his legal authority. Stern could stop him as long as he was a minor but now he was coming into age 21.

as for its an inquest for daniel and not a murder trial for howard - - well this is the intriguing part, isnt it? why did stern fight tooth and nail trying to make sure that inquest never happened? Ron Rale even went so far as to say in recent months that there would be no inquest because it was already concluded.

howard has acted as someone in need of a criminal defense lawyer from the hour daniel died. and whether you are pro stern for whatever reason i think we owe our own intellect respect by acknowledging that something isnt right here. and it all points to howard's actions.

Now THAT is a GOOD QUESTION....that could have also shown Shane Gibson coming in and when. IIRC, the video that MISSING??? is from 8 am till 1200 pm...it would show it ALL...emergency personnel moving around....wow, THATS VERY CONVIENENT...Now THATS a VIDEO I would want to be seen..Who had access to the tape? Chain of custody? Are other tapes erased, or is this unusual? WHAT type of Security System IS this? THESE are some questions I fear we will never have answered. THIS is one reason why the Bahamian System fails, imo. So far, my opinion on their Inquest is neutral, I see a lot of questions that remain to be answered, loose ends tied up, but I'll reserve judgement till I see if they remedy all of that in January.

BUT, the SECURITY VIDEO? THAT'S suspicious...and convienient....



This is why i am glad Clark and McCabe are down there with Virgie listening and reviewing the inquest info. Also, i find suspicious the nurse saying howard was absent from the hospital from 2:00 am till 4:00 am and now they are saying she may be mistaken on the time??? Maybe this is why howard says he doesn't remember anna and daniel walking the maternity ward. Maybe he wasn't even there. And butterlfy saying howard was sleeping is a crock. Everyone knows the bastard doesn't sleep. Especially with Daniel there awake. IMO

i must say this is the first time i'm hearing that a portion of the same tape is missing.
hell yeah, that tape should be seen and reviewed by someone other than just one police officer or the hospital saying it was simply erased. that is far too coincidental. just happen to be erased on such an eventual night?

and what happened to the service station tape? i remember the guy that owned the service station saying howard came by and asked him for the tape but he refused to give it to howard. the owner of the service station said he turned it over to the police. Now can that owner remember about what time howard was there?

because if the police officer was dirty i can bet yo uanything that tape will come up missing or erased too.
