78. I think pulmonary embolus (blood clot) is by far the most likely cause of her death but by the time the media is done with him there may be 2 victims. Donde west and .....Dr. Adams reputation. After 20 years of practice only paying 2 law suits as a plastic surgeon seems far better than average.

79. OK folks, does anyone understand what elective surgery is? She didnt have to have the surgery, it was vanity, she didnt have to die. I feel really bad for Kayne, that was his momma, people die in theese surgeries all the time, thats why they have to sign a waiver. Was that lil nip/tuck really worth it??? I think i would opt to live with what I have and be grateful I dont HAVE to have any life threatening surgeries that are real emergencies rather than take a chance to look a little better, did anyone really give a crap what part of her body wasnt perfect? WE, as a society, have got to get off the "Gotta be a perfect barbie doll to survive" kick, its self centered and disgustingly self indulgent, not to mention so dangerously damaging to our youth.

80. For any of you seeking healthcare there is a website that lists credentials by state licensing boards. As well it lists whether or not malpractice suits have been filed.
Check out anyone who provides healthcare and try to get the best qualified.

81. Under federal HIPAA regulations, Jan Adams is bound by law not to reveal the type of surgery Dr. West had, her medical conditions, or even why he thinks she died. Since he has, he has violated these federal regulations and should be prosecuted. As a physician, he knows he cannot discuss any part of the patient's information with anyone. He can only discuss patient information with the patient's immediate family. Revealing the private patient information to TMZ, Larry King, and other media outlets is an outrage by medical practice standards. I wouldn't feel bad if Dr. West's family sued Jan Adams for violating HIPAA regulations by talking about her private patient information. Jan Adams medical license should be revoked.

82. i think he did the best thing.
he respects the wishes of the family.
the media / talk shows are always trying to get a person to talk, but when it comes to their personal or professional issues they are so very closed mouth.
i wish they would stop all the madness & allow people to breathe.
they make something out of non-issues.
everyone knows that just perhaps ms west died of natural causes & i'm quite sure she was advised of the risk involved ( as with any surgery ).
you know it it's possible that dr adams did nothing wrong.
also as shown on many pcs on tv, plastic surgeons ( plenty of them ) have made errors / mistakes, etc.
and they all have or have had malpractice law suits, dui / dwi, popping pills, etc.
stop it all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

83. He honestly should not have accepted an interview with Larry King. Larry King has a lot of interview clout, and he knows that Kanye West is one of the hottest music figures, along with P.Diddy and JayZ.with their producers they have established themselves as some of the most powerful figures in the music industry, he would be an idiot to do any interviews without a lawyer present. PERIOD. His medical career may never recuperate from this, how many people are going to put their well being in his hands now? Probably zero. The whole ordeal is pretty tragic.

86. My sympathy goes out to the West family. Why did Dr. Adams bother to even show up to the Larry King show? He could have easily called in live, and said, "out of respect for the West family, I decline to make any statements at this time due to my attornies advice. How DUMB does Dr. Adams think the public is? It doesn't take an Einstein how to treat a family who has lost a beloved one. I guess the good doctor think he is above the law because he is a t.v."STAR". Money cannot bring back a loved one. I would pay all the money I have to bring back my mother and mother-in-law, and baby sister!!! God bless the West family! My families thoughts and prayers are with them during this tragic time. not . He sure takes it easy on persons he likes or agrees with . The liberals like the
Clintons , Gore,etc he plays softball with . Any one with conserative opinion he can get
