33. disgusting! i wish i could meet them face to face to tell them how ignorant they are! they blatantly lied to everyone which makes me even more sick. it's on camera. it's not like someone SAID it happened. there's proof! and nick opens his big idiotic mouth to try and defend her. for a moment, she looked speechless. i hope they rot in hell for what they are saying about that poor guy. yes, everyone should wear a seatbelt. but nick shouldnt be driving like he's some racecar driver. because honey, you clearly are not! if it were someone else who wasn't a "celebrity" and who didnt have money, they'd still be in jail and paying BIG time for it. i'm tired of all these celebrities getting off so easy! all of these judges should be ashamed of themselves. period.

37. This family is a total sham! Looking to keep making a living off the OLD man's name, Linda is trying to live vicariously through their slutty no talent daughter! Hulk staged a Father of the Year award??? What the h3ll is up with E! television for letting this trainwreck keep rolling cut their money and let them pay for what THEY caused by giving their kid race cars and encouraging him to go faster to bring in more money! I hope Nick rots in jail for years for crippling that boy, THE NERVE TO BLAME HIM FOR NOT WEARING A SEATBELT! In my state it IS THE DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY to make sure all passengers are restrained.

39. As the mother of three teenagers, I cant believe the way the "rich and famous" allow their children to run wild and take no responsibilty for their actions! The only thing the Hogans care about is keeping Nick out of jail, thats why their blaming the other boy. I may not have much money, but I have three kind, responsible wonderful kids and I wouldnt wish on them all the "sucess" of the Hogans.

43. I am so sick of the blame getting put on John for not wearing a seatbelt. What is to say if he had a seatbelt on he wouldn't be in the same state or worse? Seatbelts do not always save lives. I can sit here and list several horrible accidents where the ones wearing the seatbelts have ended up dead. The seat gets ejected, the seat belts decapitates someone or cuts them in half, the seat belt got stuck and they couldn't get. All these incidents I have known to be true where the person has died. Granted most of the time seatbelts will save your life, but there are cases where they don't and in this case we will never know.

Experts I hope will be at the trial and can attest that speed was involved. There is no way that the car could have been that mangled without intense speeds. Do they really believe that? I think they have had too much bleaching done.
