Hogan Family -- Vehicular Lunatics?

The Hogan family has come out strongly against street racing since Nick's brutal crash -- but just two years ago, another Hogan was screaming its virtues!

ABCActionNews.com out of Tampa Bay, Florida has uncovered video from 2005, showing mom Linda Hogan drag racing another vehicle, with daughter Brooke in the passenger seat. The video, from a documentary called "Vehicular Lunatics," also shows Linda boasting, "I love it. The rush, the speed on the road ... racing in between all the cars, dodging the cops. It's awesome."

The Hogan family maintains that speed was not a factor in Nick's car crash. The victim of the crash, John Graziano, remains in a coma.

92. Since steroid Daddy Hulk clearly stated he had done steroids, as we can see from the looks and brains of his kids, Hulk was probably doing them when his kids were conceived. We must get these brain dead people OFF TV, they are a disgrace to mankind. I want to know this kid is at the VA which is paid for by US tax dollars and not in a hopsital being paid for by the STEROID Hulkster himself..he brought all of this onto his own family. ... and now destroyed another family. Drag racing and drunk driving is ILLEGAL.

93. 'jr' and 55, been nice talking to you and others. I'm glad that you and others see what a horrible tragedy this really is. I'll be here all week. Glad my paycheck doesn't depend on a strike ( or my humor). I still cannot believe just how insensitive these fans are!?! do they really think that Nick isn't fully culpable here? I have ZERO sympathy for Nick and his family because they are Not the 'red, white, and blue' everyday heroes they claim to be. More of a cowardly shade of yellow. That is the true color they have shown.

97. I just watched the video showing Mrs. Hulk racing and the comments she made. How stupid can one family be? I have watched their show before but you can bet that I never will again. Was that video before or after her son wrecked John? Not that it matters, but you see my point. This family (all of them) disgusts me very badly. They look like they all should be in a trailer park somewhere working at the waffle house.

98. Kelli
Nick is a reckless teenager with too much horsepower available to him. Nooses are not necessary in 2007 and a little melodramatic (LOL)
Of course it was an accident, but even though someone does not intentionally do something doesn't mean that the are exempt from being held responsible for their actions. I am sure you are a great mom and do what moms do best, defend and protect there own children. That is a wonderful thing and makes your viewpoint more empathetic than mine. Johns opinion on the punishment is really not relevant. If he could give it we wouldnt be so riled up about the situation. I am sure there are many things that John would rather be doing than laying in the VA on life support. I really just want justice to be served. Personally I feel that would include a complete revoking of Nick's license. Publicly owning up to the responsiblity of what happened and stop trying to shift focus onto the seat belt. Lastly I really want people to stop glamorizing Street racing. Any one of us could be the next victim of this stupid past time.

101. Az is not much better, we had a couple of people killed from street racing not too long ago. And drifting is even worse because the whole thing is all about barely being under control, if you can it it that. All I know is that if I was caught doing over a 100mph in a car, my parents would have taken my vehicle away from me. Instead, the Hogans just chuckled it off and encouraged their son to continue with his ways. In a sick sort of way, that's almost child abuse in a way. Just who gives their kids Vipers to prowl the streets with and does not expect major carnage? I guess Hulk thought that his celebrity would just make any problems just go away. Nice try, 'roid head!

103. I couldn't agree more Erica. Does the whole family need to go down?

104. jr, may I ask what you do in the ER? I was an lowly EMT for years, so I have much respect for anyone in that field! I have seen your posts and you definitely know what you are talking about. I hope you don't see anyone in the ER coming in from street racing- or maybe in Toronto- 'ice drifting' (?). Stay warm up there. Visit Arizona during the winter sometime ( NOT the summer!!!). I'll take you on a freebie Jeep tour ( what I do now). You can even invite your semi-obnoxious buddy 'fly'. Well, maybe fly.
