35. The fact that the judge has ordered the pap to appear seems to be in Britney's favor as it SHOULD! She has done everything the judge has asked her to do. Let's be fair: KFed only just recently childproofed his home and pool and he drove recklessly with the children. Shar is on tape saying KFed does drugs! Britney and Kevin need to work the custody arrangement out 50/50 out of the courts and the media stalkers will go away. The children need BOTH of their parents, esp. at their ages. If KFed was a good father, he'd realize that and want to end this. He and Kaplan are holding out for the payoff. If I were Brintey I'd actually consider it with her being granted full custody to get rid of that leech! He's so concerned about the kids yet he took money for their pics??? Britney loves her kids.
This madness needs to end and let everyone move on with their lives.

37. She's a bad mother because: She provides the roof that her children to live under. She provides for the food for her children to eat. She provides for the clothing her children wear. She's a bad mother because she pays for the nanny which K-Fed employs because he can't take care of his children on his own. If it weren't for her, her children would be living on the street, because K-fed won't get job. She's a bad mother because she spend time with her children and plays with them, and because she buys her children toys. Running one red light, does not erase all the good things she does as a mother.

38. I believe Brit doesn't really want her kids, but she can't bring herself to admit it. This is why she continually violates court orders and uses such poor judgment. Think about it -- most of what the judge is asking for is ridiculously easy to accomplish. She not only doesn't comply, she flaunts her noncompliance in front of the court appointed monitor. The judge should just give her a break and give the kids to their father. She can then be free to live her life in whatever fashion she chooses without hurting innocent children.

39. Good lord. You can see in the video it wasn't as big of a deal as people are making it. If you got off the damn street and let her go she probably wouldn't have done it at all. It must be nice to video tape someone's every mistake and use it against them. Nobody has that. I'm sure even the "perfect" people here would find a thing or two.

40. The fact that this judge would even allow paparrazzi evidence is ludicrous!!!!! Britney isnt worlds best mom but using pap footage in court against her, to me should be illegal. I think the judge in this case is star struck and an idiot

41. A TRULY BAD MOTHER would not care if her children had food to eat, or if they had a roof over their head, or clothing to wear. A truly bad mother would have chosen drugs over her children, and would be nowhere to be found. A truly bad mother would have abandoned her children, and would be wasting her time fighting for them in court.

42. ANYWAY YOU SLICE IT BRITNEY IS DAMNED IF SHE DOES AND DAMNED IF SHE DOESNT. And it will ALWAYS be this way for her. She is damned for driving with the kids and damned if not for not being involved with her kids. If any of you had to deal with the HUNDREDS of nightmare paparrazzi you would understand how chaotic they make it when you are simply trying to drive. I am not bagging on paps because I think it comes with the territory and she hsould keep those kdis out of limelight as much as possible but every mother has to drive their kids somewhere & she cant anywhere without paps so what do you suggest she does?

Sara.....is this how you plan on raising YOUR kids? putting them in a situation where, before you walk out the door, you call someone and say hey I'm gonna be here at this time come take pictures of me and make it unsafe for everyone? honestly.....she doesn't care about those kids and the only ones suffering ARE the kids.....she's a complete mess and needs to realize that she never really wanted the kids in the first place.....she's not being asked to move mountains.....just take the stupid drug tests, get a driver's license, and actually pay attention to the kids rather than strapping their butts into a car and driving all over California for more photo ops.....she brought this on herself and she deserves every damn bit of it.....maybe after she kills someone running a red light again with the kids in the car to see it, someone will do sometihng about her.....cause as it stands right now, no one seems to care much about what the kids are forced to see every damn day.....if someone cared, they'd make sure she couldn't go anywhere with those kids
