Rhys Meyers -- It's Happy Hour Somewhere!

Jonathan Rhys Meyers said last year he would never drink again. Twice in the last three days does not constitute "never."

Sporting a pair of unfortunate mUggs (man-Uggs), Meyers was seen at 10:00 AM today in London, holding a can of Strongbow Super -- an alcoholic cider that is 7.5% ABV (alcohol by volume -- regular beer is around 5%). Super indeed!

The "Match Point" star was busted Sunday morning after he allegedly got rowdy at Dublin Airport. He was charged with public drunkenness and breach of the peace.

49. Just the comment on his looks - VERRY nice, a bit unusual, I mean those eyes, period, those eyes combined with those lips, something of a MALE ANGELINA JOLIE. Very very good looking fellow, classy and very unclassy (in a good way) looking young man. Good luck, Irish man.

60. Jonathan’s mother has been very ill since the beginning of the year and she passed away this morning in Ireland. Thank you yet again TMZ for letting us peep at a celebrity during a painful difficult moment in their life, your truly are providing a service for the good of mankind. And thank you to all my fellow posters for perpetuating the stereotype that all Irish people love to drink, alcoholism is just hilarious
