138. I am a professional model with Elite Model Management. I just wanted to tell all of you HATERS out there that MOST models do look great without makeup. They are usually natural beauties who are only in their early twenties at the top of their career. Helena Christensen was a top model in the very early 1990's. She is now around FORTY years old. Of course a woman at 40 starts to need makeup. None of my pictures were airbrushed or touched up until the recent technology allowed it. Just because it makes you feel better to think that natural, stunningly beautiful women don't exist, doesn't make it true. Plus, a lot of them are super nice and intelligent! Doesn't that just make you sick with envy???

143. To Elite Model -- Yes and no.... a lot of the top models in the industry are not strikingly beautiful. I myself, dont have much of a problem with Helena in this particular image. The image I found that gave me pause was when she was standing next to the beautiful Kate Bosworth.... and she was wearing makeup in that image...
the fact is that most runway models are just coat hangers and leave much to be desired in the actual face region... I am a model myself and have many photographer friends that have said as much. I love Helena's look! But without those eyes... whats left?
