A man strikes a woman he goes to jail. A woman does it, she should get off and all is forgotten oh ya and then there is sex? OH HELL NO....that dog doesn't hunt. You people are plain sick. Must be the house up on blocks crowd making these statements.

A dame slaps or punches me for no reason...her ass will be on the floor. No ifs,ands or buts. Oh yea, and forget the sex, I would have lost my mood. Normal "sane" women do not use violence against someone they love. This goes the same for a man. I don't give a rats a$$ either intoxicated or not, you don't hit. No reason to do so, unless someone is trying to defend themselves.

54. Nothing says he called the cops. They could have been having a fight and a neighbor called, someone else in the house may have called, they could have been out in public and someone could have called.. I wouldn't jump on the fact that he called the police initially. I mean, he very well may have, but he might not have.

58. A good point was made above about the fact that Byron may not have called the cops. NEIGHBORS call cops and women end up getting arrested when the woman's man took punch after punch yet just took it like a man. Sometimes, the WOMAN calls the cops when it's actually the woman doing the punching. Keep an open mind about what might have happened with Byron.
