39. For salmas boobs, i personally think that they are real because if you look at it, wasn't she just recentley pregnant! That would explain on why her boobs look so huge!

I really don't care what these stars do or don't do to themselves, it's their bodies BUT I just had to make a comment about Salma...I know it's been said before but WE ALL KNOW she just had a baby. come on now....she's a little plumper all over (NOT FAT cuz she looks great) as a result from the pregnancy....come on now TMZ, let's gossip about more "important" things.

42. Do your research Salma was NOT pregnant in this picture. This picture was taken in 2006, She gave birth in September of 2007......... Not only that but if you look at some of her other pictures, you can tell she is not pregnant but her boobs are this big........

45. I remember seeing salma in the movie dust till dawn, like 10 years ago. and she had really large breasts in that movie. AND she is having, or just had a baby, so of course they would appear bigger, either way, not to mention a bra can do anything for your boobs from strapping them in, and popping them out. as for simpson's lips. FAKE as her sisters nose.wasnt that already establisted?
