47. Salma's boobs were huge (although maybe not as huge as in the 2nd picture) BEFORE she got pregnant. She definitely had a boob job sometime after that first picture was taken. Then she got pregnant and they got even bigger. Don't people remember anything?

49. First of all, many of the cosmetic surgeries they had done, are well known, not secret. HOWEVER, with all their money, don't you think that Paris and Jen and Jen could have had better nose jobs?
