498. Here’s what they should of done if they had started out with the accident they way they preach about morals and helping your fellow man.

1. Stay with this young man family and be nothing but supportive that first month while you see how the prognoses will be.
2. While you are comfort the family...you drag you spoiled brat kid to the junk yard to look at that car...you then tell him. The amount of damage to this car is not 55mph.but more like 80mph.
3. You have your son go down to the police station with lawyer and tell the truth. You sign a document to that statement.
4. You tell your son that you are going to make a plea bargain with the state...and that you will be willing to do at least one year county jail..and will not say word if more than a year. As if this young solider dies it will become manslaughter and not reckless driving.
5. You get with a finical adviser...you tell him that you want to set up a trust fund for this young man..the fund will start with two million dollars. The fund will be put into a mutual fund making an average of 10%...that equals to 20 grand a month. You will also take care of the medical bills from the hospital and any bills to the family home to make the house handy cap capable. Widening door ways..ramps...outlets for high voltage equipment. And shower and toilet that make it much easier for this young man to live if he becomes more awaken and mobile.
You will add for the next five years 300,000 to the fund each year. This will bring the fund to almost Four million making about 400,000 in interest to go to the family for bills and help. A full time nurse is 55,000 a year plus meds, mortgage and so on...so that the parents can be home with there son and if possible with that amount of money a year you can take him and the family and medical personnel on a vacation. As he could live for 50 years in this condition.
6 IF they had done this and had the judge sign off on it ...the young man trust fund would be worth from compound interest by the time he's 32, ten years...would be worth at least 12 million or more. So from the first year to the fith year the amount will increase for the family without touching the principle...so in 20 years this fund of two million with another 1.5 added to it in the following five...this fund with compound interest would be worth over 25 million dollars with an average pay out to the family and medical care of 3 million.....This is how you truly make amends without losing all your money and still do the right thing for the victim. The only thing you have to get the family to agree apon is that the family can not touch the principle for ten years..after that..the priciple can only be touched to make a charity for other accident victims or soldiers however they feel it would work best. Only 10% of principle can be touched for this…and just like everything with compound interest that charity would go up and in 20 years could be paying out 3 million a year to help vets or accident victims.

501. I thought Terry was a good Father to Brooke. Linda seemed to encourage her dressing like a stripper. They both however screwed up with Nick. They were way to liberal with him. He was a crash waiting to happen. In the end, I see Linda as the villain. Terry busted his buns for twenty some-odd years while she lived the good life. Now with Brook's career, Linda feels like she can run her own show and also see if she can get herself a young "arm candy". The courts should leave her with nothing...just like she is leaving Terry with nothing...but memories.

503. What i got from watching thier show was that hogan is a lousy lay and wasnt satisfying Linda with anything other than his cash. She never seemed to sexually attracted to him. She wants out now b4 she loses the last 3minutes of her looks. Hogan shoulda took it easy with the steriods all those years, 24 inch pythons and A two inch killer.

507. Linda is a money grubbing bitch. You can see how mad she was unable to spend to her heart's desires. Hulk (Terry) unfortunately LOVES his wife. He would do ANYTHING to please her (aside from letting her ruin him into bankruptcy).

I remember when hulk took her out for their anniversary. He showed he has her name tattooed to his ring finger for when he was in the ring he couldnt wear it - he would always be reminded. She refused to get his. I mean what? I wouldve asked where do you want me to put it!

I'm sure they're TRYING to get out of LOOSING ALL their money BECAUSE OF NICK with this divorce, BUT I hope it's true like the other person's entry says that they'll each be sued by the passenger's parents if/when the divorce is final... EASY come,EASY go..... I HOPE the kid who's the way he's because of the Hogan's son gets EVERYTHING! Those parents lost a son! The Hogans have their son.....
