Unlike the last time he was supposed to host an event, hip-hop's eyelid-tatted, blinged-out rainmaker, Lil Wayne, actually showed up to perform hosting duties at Pure Nightclub in Atlanta this week. Lil shocked?

As seen in the intoxicating photos taken by our good friends at ATLpics.net, Wayne spent most of the night struggling to keep his eyes open. It's not clear whether it was the glare from his jewelry or the content of his cup that caused the continuous squinting. Does it really matter? Enjoy.

23. Ugly or not, dude's paid. And he's obviously enjoying his life....good for him! To each his own!! Let's just hope he doesnt get behind a wheel and add to the collection of celebrity mugshots. And one thing we should realize...there are haters EVERYWHERE! Romeo goes to college and people start saying he's a goodie too shoes. Wayne does the opposite and people hate that, too. Can't make everyone happy....so live for yourself!!!
