There were witnesses to Larry signing the clinic contract to relinquish all rights (as others did), and Larry's lawyer at the time was advised of this contract, and she has said she asked Stern for a copy of it, which was never delivered .... but, the RECORD of the attorney asking the other attorney for a copy of this contract would be easily attainable.

Larry worked hard to craft a public image of a loving and wronged "daddy". If the public had known that he was an emotionally detached sperm donor who never wanted or agreed to have any part of the baby's life, the public would not have thrown all their support behind him. He never would have been the "rock star" on the Bahamas courthouse steps declaring "I told you so!" with the crowds cheering. He never would have been offered a reality show with the premise of "daddy duty".

When you consider that Anna often proclaimed she wanted a "GIRL" (not just another "baby" of any gender) .... then the fertility clinic makes sense, in guaranteeing she had a GIRL. She also often joked about turkey basters.

The in vitro contract has not surfaced (yet) because it is a chess piece that is being strategically withheld for the maximum exposure benefit.


Public opinion will definitely turn against LB when this truth is finally revealed .... but this fact will pale in comparison to the disgust and anger felt by the public if Larry does not testify truthfully and completely at Daniel's INQUEST.

288. In answer to the question why the Marshall name is on the birth certificate. Before her death and for years before that, Anna Nicole Smith was trying to get her hands on the millionaire Marshall's money. If her estate wins the latest in appeals to get that money, it will go to the baby.
Leaving the Marshall name on that baby was just an insurance policy by Mom to get the dough.
You know, show loyalty to his memory, show the baby as an heir, of sorts, sway the courts by
associating the baby with her late husband.
I feel very sorry for that baby. She doesn't stand a chance. She's the multi-million dollar baby whom everyone is trying to exploit. Do you really think there would have been a daddy to come forward if she weren't so infamous because of her mother? Do you think Birkhead would move out of his expensive home back to his hometown with that child and raise her anonymously? No. He's
holding her up for the cameras, living rich. He has the golden egg and he is just another in a line of exploitive bottom feeders.

Larry being a sperm donor and signing papers to that effect - so why the need for a custody battle when Anna was alive? The idea is Anna "ran" to the Bahamas to get away from Larry and she didn't want him in her life.....sooooooo....if there are supposedly papers Larry signed why didn't Anna use them in her defense when Dannielynn was born?

Another of your dumb theories is Howard and Larry planned this. Why would Larry sign papers cutting himself out of Dannielynns life if he had plotted all along with Howard to get the baby?

Whether Larry digned papers or not, whether Larry is gay or not, whether Howard and Larry are best mates, still doesn't change the FACT Virgie let her 3 year old shoot himself in the head with her gun!!!! IF Larry were an unfit parent (& that is a big IF) Larrys family can look after Dannielynn. Heck, a stray dog could look after a baby better than Virgie.

294. It was interesting to see a somewhat respectful interaction with the papparazzi and Mr. Birkhead. I heard on of the papparazzi reminding others of them to give them room.

I also was highly impressed with the appropriate care he seems to give his child. He pays attention to her when and where she needs the attention, not just at home behind closed doors. Shopping is BORING for a child that age, it was nice of him to amuse her - whether he amplified it for the photographers...so what.

Compared to Brit and her behavior, this guy is a solid gold SAINT.

M A R S H A L L was ANS' LEGAL last name, since she was MARRIED to JHM. Therefore, any children she had would have ANNA's legal last name, unless she remarried, which she never did, or she agreed that her child could have the FATHER'S last name, which she sort of did (DL H Marshall Stern).

I completely agree that if DL stands a chance at a normal, HAPPY life, it will have to be in a different home than she has now, with a different parent (or parents). I literally cant see how she will ever have a happy, normal life, with things going the way they are now.

298. I an not an expert in child development, but Dannielynn's behavior could very well be
just that - behavior. She has to have sensed the upset and concern that has been around her and could very well have developed a baby's way of dealing with it by even controlling people around her. At this point, it could easily be dealt with and given the fact of her seemingly good overall motor skills and attentiveness could very well explain all of this. A doctor trained in this area could probably help clear this up fairly quickly.

299. Larry loves his daughter and is taking good care of her. It is much better that he spend most of his time with her to raise her. It is a one parent family and the more guidance he can give his child the better. Years ago a parent was always at home. Years ago children were raised better because a parent was at home. It is too bad that some many parent have to work or just plain choose to work rather than being a full time parent. If a person is able to spend most of their time with their child that it great. We KNEW these recent STAGED shopping sprees that Larry did had a reason behind them .... now we know exactly what it was ...... fresh photos for an ABC gig which never happened ...... what a self-absorbed pompous a$$ ! He not only thought he was important or interesting (fascinating) enough to make this top ten list for the year ... he thought he was NUMBER ONE on this list! How sad that he is so disillusioned about public perception of himself. He might have been a public "darling" if he had not joined up with the person who fascilitated drug abuse hoping that Dannielynn would die in the womb.
