17. This is terrible tragedy and should never have happened. I have to wonder though....i guess all the folks coming down hard on Nick have never, ever, ever gone too fast or had a too close call in a car and have always obeyed all traffic laws .....even when they were a teenager. Wow.

Actually, I do obey all traffic laws and don't speed, especially when there is someone else in the car THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am more pissed about the 911 operators an the Police Department, Does anyone answer the phones? That phone had to ring like 50 times.
I am so happy I don't live there. Maybe the reason that guy is in a coma is because of the response time. Maybe if someone would have answered the phone they could have gotten help there a little quicker!

Well Terry is now saying, John was hurt due to no seatbelt. hmmm. Funny that everyone who knows John Know he always wre his seatbelt. I have a 5 year old son... he really loves guns... i was thinking about getting him an automatic machine gun... i know i can start off slow with a little Nerf gun but he REALLY likes them ALLOT so i thought what the heck, why not? i mean, as long as he is responsible and knows that shooting is bad he wont do it right???

30. And Janice. on top of that if you listened to the tape, it is clear that police and rescue were on the scene QUICKLY!!! The Hogans are all LIARS and they tried to shift the blame to the victim! Just how stupid are you? All the Hogans deserve to go to jail, but because they are celebs, they will probably get a wrist slap. They deserve a Public Flogging!
