Hogan was driving a yellow Toyota Supra on the night of August 26. One caller described the scene by saying, "The yellow car ... he, he lost control of the car. It flipped over and everything."

Another caller told dispatch she saw Hogan's car pull up next to a silver car and acknowledge the other driver. When the light turned green, the caller says the two cars "hauled ass."

Graziano is still in a coma at the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, Fla.

Police also released their full crash investigation report. Click here to read.

376. WHILE THIS WAS A STUPID DECISION ON NICKS PART AND HIS FRIEND GOT HURT, WE ALL HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT HE IS 18 YEARS OLD. TEENAGERS DON'T ALWAYS MAKE GOOD DECISIONS. I THINK WE NEED TO CUT NICK SOME SLACK AND REMEMBER HIS AGE. HE WILL LEARN A HARD LESSON FROM THIS AND I AM SURE THAT HE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS ACCIDENT AND ALL OF ITS REPRECUSSIONS HE IS NOT THE FIRST TEENAGER TO DO THIS AND UNFORTUNATELY HE WON'T BE THE LAST. MY PRAYERS TO JOHN AND HIS FAMILY.

377. YOU ARE WRONG #373

Kids do stupid things, teens do stupid things.

The people with money are the parents. They know that teens are stupid.

That is why you don't buy BEER and a RACE CAR for you TEEN.

ITS NOT AN ACCIDENT.... any teen that is givin a 800hp car and some beer by his dad is going to kill someone. Its just a matter of time!

What is an accident...is that the other 300 times Nick went racing he didn't hurt someone.

378. I find it very disrespectful to the Graziano's to be defending the Hogan's. Their son is laying in a permanent vegitative state while Linda and Nick are out shopping. I dont really care about what the Hogan's are feeling. They set themselves up by giving their son a race car (800 hp) to drive on the street at 16 with no driving experience!!!!! That is just plain stupid. They chose to ignore prior speeding tickets, INSANE! They made their own stupid comments, Linda "I love street racing, dodging the cops" etc. Then they proceeded to blame the victim. If they want to bring awareness to anything, bring awareness to drinking, driving, racing and speeding (all at the same time) How can u feel sorry for the Hogans??? I have 2 sons, 17 and 23, and they made their bed. They set up their own son.

379. An officer later returned to Albertson’s and obtained a copy of the receipt for Hogan’s purchase the day of the accident. A description was included in the police report:

2 cases of Miller Lite beer for $11.99 each
2 cases of Corona Extra beer for $13.99 each
1 case of Miller Chill beer for $10.99
5 bags of ice for $1.99 each

381. to Jimmy The Moron:

What is wrong with you???????????? I can say I have never raced under the influence on a regular street and put my friend in a persistant vegitative state! Some of us do have some sense and are not borderline mental cases. I also have 2 sons that have I would never "set up" with a 800 hp race car. Neither of my sons have ever gotten a speeding ticket, and if they did, their car would be off the road. One more thing, Nick needs to put his tail between his legs and show some compassion for his "friend". Maybe he should spend more time with him at the hospital rather than shopping with his mom at Arden B.

382. 381. Why be a judge...when your young you do foolish things

Young Nick didn't do anything wrong. His dad did when he gave him Beer and a Race car. How old is Terrry Hogan?

We are the judge because, Hulk got his money from his fans.....live your life in public... GUESS WHAT... you'll get judged by the public. Answer your question?

383.
Try it... Give your teen a race car and some beer.

Your teen son will do what comes natural ....and crash.

Who's fault? Nick couldn't afford the 5 cases of beer, let alone the $80,000 car.

384. to Markstudy

I completely agree with you, I blame Nick and Linda just as much, if not more, than Nick himself.

385. 377. Fact 1---a terrible tragedy ooccured
Fact 2---a spoiled rich kid was involved
Fact 3---if a spoiled rich kid was not involved we wuold not have heard about it.

So what? We wouldn't have heard of George Bush is he weren't president, either. So what?

386. Should we assume that the Hogan's lawyers forced TMZ to remove the blog about him buying $80 worth of beer right before the accident. The headline is still there but the blog is gone! Suspicious! What, are they trying to hide something to protect Little Nicky.

387. firstcoastnews.com just reported that Hulk was the one that bought the beer for all the kids and that they were drinking beer all day earlier on the boat! What a DAD!!!!!!!!!!!

388. to posts # 363 and 372, thank you for saying what i have been trying to and apparently failing miserably at...
look, i don't wanna see nick "fry" over this, i do want to see that family, take some kind of responsibility for all the heart ache and damage and grief, this family has caused for another tho... something to show that they don't think they're above the law and blameless here, cuz that are not!!!
i still firmly stand by my belief, that while not intentional, this was still no accident, as he failed to learn from his previous 4 incidents. just how many chances does 1 need?? i guess, this 1 MIGHT work, considering, someone has almost died from it... MAYBE this 1 will be enough, but i seriously doubt it, seeing as how, they're lying in interviews and walkin around, still thinking, they've done nothing wrong, and this is all john's fault, that he is where he is today, nick had not 1 damn thing to do with it... all you nicker backers, back him when you've seen a lil tiny morsel of remorse come from him and his family, how can you not see that nick is to blame in this, he is totally and completely at fault, and if he had done this to someone, YOU know and love, THEN you too, would be screaming the loudest for justice, trust me on that...

389. and jimmy and ok, you 2 sound like the same person, and you 2 both need to go visit john in the hospital yerselves or something.... maybe that will wake you up!!! lord forbid this never happens to you, or someone in your family, and if it ever does, i sure hope you'll still be just as forgiving and stupid, as what yer blogs here indicate... no, it was just an accident, don't put him in jail, be more compassionate, etc.... get a flippin clue already, you 2, are you really bein paid by the hogan's to say such stupid things, i'm not sure they're going to be able to afford to keep you on the payroll for too much longer, best find a new "job" maybe you guys and nick can go collect beer cans or something....
