77. The Hogans are getting divorced in a feeble attempt to protect their estate from the certain court action that will cost them millions. They probably think if most of what they own is tied up in divorce litigation, it cannot be attached by the parents of the injured boy. They will find out otherwise.

I wonder how the Hogan's, who initially came out saying Nick was not racing, are going to be able to spin the fact that many many people are recorded on the 911 calls reporting the 'accident' as a drag racing stunt gone horribly bad. None of these people were connected to the Hogans or the occupants, and have no reason to lie. You also get a sense of how rattled these people are by what they witnessed as a couple start saying they don't know how anyone could have walked away from that destruction. But we need to all repeat Hulk's mantra' Nicky was not drinking....Nicky was not speeding....Nicky was not racing..."

Along For The Ride

A state trooper spied a car puttering along at 22 MPH. So he turned on his lights and pulled the driver over. Approaching the car, he noticed that 5 old guys were inside, and they looked wide-eyed and terribly pale.

The driver pleaded with him, "Officer, I don't understand, I was doing exactly the speed limit! What seems to be the problem?"

"Sir," the officer replies, "You weren't speeding, but driving slower than the speed limit can also be dangerous."

"I beg to differ, Officer, I was doing the speed limit exactly: twenty-two miles an hour!" the old man said.

The trooper, chuckling, explained to him that "22" was the route number, not the speed limit. A bit embarrassed, the man grinned and thanked the officer for pointing out his error.

"But before I let you go, Sir, I have to ask... Is everyone in this car ok? These guys seem awfully shaken."

"Oh, they'll be all right in a minute," the old man said. "We just got off Route 119."

81. why does this report say the owner of the vehicle is the "same as driver" and on the other report you posted a while back the owner of the vehicle was listed as "Terry Bollea"?????

Why was the report changed????

TMZ you need to go back and check the previous report you posted and compare vehicle owners and see if it says "Terry Bollea" on the first one.

85. I came on earlier and there was a post on for a minute. It said there is proof Nick made a large purchase with his credit card that day for beer. It said the clerk entered his birthdate as 00/00/0000. I dont have hallucinations so I wanted to know if anyone saw this. Is TMZ saving it for tv, or what?

87. No......if you look on the 1st page (right after page 6) it is checked "update" and on THERE IT SAYS OWNER OF VEHICLE "SAME AS DRIVER".

So it was changed since the first report from Terry Gene Bollea to the updated report that reads Nick as the vehicle owner. Why?????? Can we say PROTECT DADDY HULK AND HIS MONEY???
