Hogan was driving a yellow Toyota Supra on the night of August 26. One caller described the scene by saying, "The yellow car ... he, he lost control of the car. It flipped over and everything."

Another caller told dispatch she saw Hogan's car pull up next to a silver car and acknowledge the other driver. When the light turned green, the caller says the two cars "hauled ass."

Graziano is still in a coma at the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, Fla.

Police also released their full crash investigation report. Click here to read.

91. Fred, I found this tidbit of info. Unless Nick was emancipated, it is unlawful for him to be the "registered" or "legal" owner of that car since he is a minor!

"Am I responsible for a car accident by my teen?

Most likely. The "family car doctrine" means that a child's parents are responsible if the child causes an accident while driving a family car, said Robin Aronson, a claims attorney for State Farm. A family car is usually considered any vehicle owned and maintained by parents, even if teens are the primary drivers. It's unlawful for minors (unless emancipated) to be the registered or legal owner of any motor vehicle. It's also against the law to sell a car to a minor.

94. Ok the report says that at 7:31 the accident occurred and then at 7:45 the officer was notified but the officer did not arrive at the crash until 10:01 PM. Why? Did anyone notice that the place for the alcohol testing type (ie: blood, urine, breath, etc.) was listed as ----? Does anyone besides me think that might be the reason they don't have an officer listed on the scene although the video obviously show an officer on site when the ambulance is there? This is just wrong to do to a veteran who fought for our country and the right for this spoiled brat to drive around with total disregard for innocent people on the street as well as his friends. They have Terry listed as owner of the vehicle and he and his wife of 24 years just happen to file for divorce when it will help protect his assets if they were to be sued. He should give up ever cent he has and be thankful that his dumb ass son is alive. The family is going out and about shopping, drinking, going to the beach, etc. while this VETERAN'S (I cannot stress that enough) family sits by his bedside wondering if he will ever be able to live the life he fought to live. No one is without fault but I think if this situation were reversed and one of the Hogan children were in this boy's situation the family would be extremely vocal and not hiding from the media!!

95. Linda and Terry should be ashamed of themselves over the way they have raised that functional retard Nick and indulged him. Nick is not terribly bright, could not graduate high school or find a skill or trade. he had no business driving a fast car, his previous ticket history proves that. The car should have been taken away a long time before this incident (not an accident) occured. Linda is a proven liar from her interview, and a poor role model to her children. Sadly there are no winners in this saga.

97. dj - Nick is too retarded to be emancipated! Paper trails are sure to follow!

98. LOL, Fred. If he is in fact, NOT emancipated, I sure as HELL would scream something fishy going on with this police report!!!! Hopefully John's family will follow up on this.

If he IS EMANCIPATED, I would sure love to see the paper work to see WHEN that was done?? Before or after the accident? When was title to the car put in Nick's name too since he is still a minor??

Perhaps he had to be emancipated in order to be able to do his "drifting" and racing, but I don't know......
