20. I used to work at a motorcycle dealership in Las Vegas, and Evel was always there... always calling... and at most of our events. He was the WORST, he was so rude to all the employees. He thought he could tell us what to do, and heaven forbid we put him on hold or send him to someone voicemail. What a jerk, eventually we stopped inviting him to events.

21. When I was a little boy watching Evel Kneivel on Wide World of Sports, let's just say that at 10 I wanted to be Evel Kneivel. A kid; GIJOEs' & Kneivel action figures larger than life, I think it a very Noble thing he's done for Kayne. He didn't have to do it, but he did and I commend him. I don't want to be Evel Kneivel anymore, I grew out of it, allergic to pain don't you know. I cherish my childhood memories (action figures in hand), and a toast to the greatest 'daredevil that ever lived. Thank you...

24. The lawsuit was no differant than the name or words to a song, if he had maybe spelled Evel-Evil than he might have gotten away with it! 25. OMG thank you for this, for a random reason. I adored this song when it first came out but I remembered nothing about it but the some imagery from the video. For 6 months, I have been wondering about it, but haven't been able to find it. This article reminded me a little, so I looked it up and this is the song.. Yay! Thanks TMZ! 29. EK should have been grateful that Kanye even wanted to pay tribute to him at all. This guy has not had any good ink since the movie Smoky and the Bandit came out!!!!

It is obvious from EK's previous comments about the music being "vulgar" that he never actually heard Kanye's music. Just a ploy to get money. This guy should be ashamed of himself. I am glad it all worked out.

30. I still don't get why people think Kanye has any talent. All he does is RIP OTHER PEOPLE OFF. I don't know who's worse him or Piffy Doody. He does it with all the samples in his songs and in his videos too. The sad part is his mindless followers are so unfamiliar with the original source, they just assume he came up with it.
