I DO KNOW HE'S A LOYAL AND LOVING HUSBAND .. and I know he stayed by his much older cancer riddled first wife till the end of her life where he wa with her at the end ... He is a stand up man. 22. Kaye, most of the time these idiot celebs USE their own kids to GET attention. Maybe if these celebs wouldn't use their kids for photo-ops I'd feel sorry for them, but too many of them use their kids like props. As for Pierce, he should be thankful he got any attention at all, and "swarm" is a much over-used word. Celebritieswant all the bucks and the celebrity and they live to strut up all the red carpets and they must know their own celebrity status will bring the same celebrity status for their children. I don't feel sorry for any of them, they asked for celebrity, they got it. Deal with it, or move to Indiana. There are plenty of stars that are on TV every week and we never see them outside of their shows, they know how to keep away from the paps just fine despite living in the Beverly Hills area. So avoiding the paps is certainly possible, celebrities do it all the time.

And Pierce was a lousy Bond !!!

23. Like Father Like Son - West London Magistrates Court District Judge Susan Williams sentenced Brosnan's son Sean to 100 hours of Community Service and ordered to pay compensation to one Omid Khalili for ASSAULT AND CALLED IT A " PARTICULARLY NASTYATTACK".

Look at the original photos of the incident on google: Pierce Brosnan- Battery Suspect on TMZ- where using his kids, he comes out of the theatre way before the kids and cases what is going on outside and stands around to draw attention to himself for what looks like a long period of time. Britney Spears was getting alot of attention from paps at the time so Pierce would take advantage of that in Malibu. He stands with his hands behind his back ( so he looks unagressive) and walks. At this point it looks obviously premeditated and BANG he hits a new to the business paparazzi who was just being nice. Pierce Brosnan was photographed in Malibu a week or so before this incident by x17,and fingered the guy like he had it out for him but then pulled a smile. He will then in this incident create the problem. And now he will be the hero to try to solve the problem of the paparazzi. Photo Op to the MAX.

As far as violence towards the paps, wouldn't you want to punch someone out that is flashing a camera in your face, following you when you go to buy toilet paper, harassing your kids, generally making a nuisance of themselves. No wonder they get run over when they are running next to someone's car trying to get a pic. I realize these people are famous and with that comes the paps but, we don't need to see half of the stuff they show us about them. I could care less about whose out w/ who, who's doing who, it just doesn't matter. If the public would stop feeling like it is their right to see these people 24/7 and be all involved in the business maybe they would stop being so agressive

Totally looks like he used his kids- one looked embarrassed probably knowing what Dad was up to cause he looked down as he always does, and the other younger looked like he was having fun in his own world. Dad was on a mission, to punch a pap. ShouId go for anger management. An earlier post said he is abusive towards his wife. I saw the photos when I went to the earlier TMZ site called: Pierce Brosnan Battery Suspect on the search. Should read the comments on that site. Google.

30. I've heard rumors that Police have been called several times to his home and each time his wife Keeley Shaye Smith was hysterical and begging to be predicted. I thought they were just rumors. Maybe not.
