I'm so tired of our tax dollars being used for blocking these paparazzi's from obstructing the normal flow of traffic. These law enforcement officers have much better things to do than to route traffic because of the paparrazzi's. It's time there was some type of enforcement of loitering laws or something more harsh used against them so that these celebrities can travel safely and that goes for those traveling in the same traffic flow as them. Yes, they are celebrities and with that comes less privacy but when it affects the rest of the world and our tax dollars it's time something is put into effect, this is ridiculous!!

For those of you who are asking if tax money is paying for police service, the answer is no. The officers are off duty and being paid most probably by the production company. This is how alot of police officers make extra time, they work when not on duty and are paid by a private party. FYI
