20. SO PREDICTABLE! The team with a cute little man celebrity and the young athletic AMERICAN gal pro dancer ALWAYS wins. The female dancer is really the all important one and the male just highlights her and can just stand there. OH, and also we women see to HATE each other and don't want one of us to win. Season ONe a girl only won since the show was less popular and even THEN there was such a protest that a charity rematch had to *give* it to the guy, but not really.

26. I dont understand all the hate for Helio. Kinda cool to see an athlete get it.

I only watch it for th hot chicks, of course. So Marie shouldve been gone. I wouldnt mind if the soap opera dudes stayed longer for the women so I could see the scantily clad pro dancer chicks. Helio's partner is the hottest, though.

27. Helio deserved to win. He accomplished what he did with no dance background unlike Mel B who makes a living singing & dancing. His accomplishment is far greater than hers.

29. If this is dancing with the stars, shouldn't the voting be based on the performance of the stars? The professional dancers are all talented. We know. I don't care if Maksim or Julianne or all the other pros can ballroom dance. It's their full-time job.

What I hate is that the men get so far in the competition in spite of being stiff, unnatural and doing very little. Marie was HORRIBLE and got so far due to sympathy votes (dad dying, son in rehab which she told Larry King and was totally unnecessary since he's 16 but I wouldn't say she did it for the votes, fainting). What these shows prove is that the voting audience has bad taste.

As for Mel and Sabrina being singer/dancers, having done some dance myself and dabbling in ballroom in college, I assure you that what they do on stage doesn't transfer to ballroom at all. It's as absurd as saying Justin Timberlake would be good at ballet or interpretive dance. The only thing it means is that she's flexible and in good shape which anyone who works out and is in good shape would also have as an asset
