Anna Nicole Would Have Been 40 Today

Anna NicoleToday would have been Anna Nicole Smith's 40th birthday. The former Playmate was born in Houston, Tex. on November 28, 1967, and died February 8, 2007 in Hollywood, Fla.

The inquest into the tragic death of her son Daniel continues in the Bahamas. Daniel died of an accidental overdose on September 10 of last year, several days after the birth of his half-sister, Dannielynn.

A Royal Bahamian police investigation concluded that there was no evidence of foul play in Daniel's death, but spawned a subsequent to explore any additional evidence. The hearings will resume December 10.

31. This is in response to "Thank god tthe kid will grow up with a normal parent" That was cruel and uncalled for. I know a lot of so called "Normal Parents" that are not worth the breath that God gave them. Lets not judge others unless we ourselves wished to be judged!

44. NOTHING OF CONSEQUENCE WILL HAPPEN AT THE INQUEST ... TOO LONG A TIME, WITNESSES' MEMORIES FADE OR ARE PAID OFF. HOWARD GETS AWAY WITH IT AGAIN. AT THE VERY LEAST I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT. THE CALIFORNIA DRUG DOCTORS WILL ALSO PROBABLY ESCAPE PUNISHMENT FOR THEIR DRUG SUPPLYING ACTIVITIES. 45. There is no Happy Birthday nor angelic looking over her child* from where her soul rests (doubtfully in peace) due to the fact she did not die a "conscious" death. No matter how a certain someone or two- or three-someones believe she is in Bahamas Heaven, she and young Daniel died of drug overdose and therefore unconscious deaths....who knows whether or not their souls were saved or lost!

Don't know what, ultimately, happens with this saga though as a taxpayer I am hopeful the California authorities are thoroughly investigating the appearance of nefarious activities and responsibility of the doctors and, particularly, Khristine Eroshevich. Hopefully, both will have their licenses permanently revoked after the findings.
