Anna NicoleToday would have been Anna Nicole Smith's 40th birthday. The former Playmate was born in Houston, Tex. on November 28, 1967, and died February 8, 2007 in Hollywood, Fla.

The inquest into the tragic death of her son Daniel continues in the Bahamas. Daniel died of an accidental overdose on September 10 of last year, several days after the birth of his half-sister, Dannielynn.

A Royal Bahamian police investigation concluded that there was no evidence of foul play in Daniel's death, but spawned a subsequent to explore any additional evidence. The hearings will resume December 10.

47. All I can say is it is all very sad and yes RIP. The legacy she has left behind for her daughter is even sadder.

I read through some of the negative comments and if this was your Mom, Sister, Daughter, etc., would you be so mean in words of their tragic death for all the world to read? Those negative ones in comment would have been riding on their $$$ coat tails and not cared if she blew an old man for money.

Have some respect and pretend it was one of your relatives.

57. Howard definitely played a part in Daniel's death, in my opinion, but Anna shares the blame. She only thought of herself her entire life and she was a poor excuse for a human being AND a mother. Just the thought of Anna blowing that old geezer to grab his millions is disgusting, she would do anything for money. When did she ever do anything that wasn't about Anna? Like a poster said, she wouldn't even give up drugs for her baby girl and THAT is the legacy she leaves her daughter.

i just kno you are celebrating with daniel and you two are glad to comfort each other.

i just know that you are present in that Court of decisions and that whatever happened to Daniel will be truthfully found out and those or that person/s will be held accountable, especially for gloating and mking a mockery of this situation.

it seems some media would like to downplay that there is no foul play in daniels death for the benefit of those guilty parties but we know that there is high suspicion all around and it is obvious that Daniel did not take his life.

You named your son Daniel - - I am sure there was a reason you did that. I think we are about to see why very soon.

Dance with the angles my dear and hold your son close to your heart. Your Mother is displaying the strenth of a Mother and Grandmother's love, and we are behind her 100%. Some try to put her down, but because of her faith in God it none of their attempts stick. Instead it seems to make her only stronger. Every single attempt to put your Mother down literally smashes into the wall the angles has engulfed her in. She gets more beautiful by the day and she will have a relationship with Dannielynn very soon. Its been written in places no earthly man can remove.
