Anna NicoleToday would have been Anna Nicole Smith's 40th birthday. The former Playmate was born in Houston, Tex. on November 28, 1967, and died February 8, 2007 in Hollywood, Fla.

The inquest into the tragic death of her son Daniel continues in the Bahamas. Daniel died of an accidental overdose on September 10 of last year, several days after the birth of his half-sister, Dannielynn.

A Royal Bahamian police investigation concluded that there was no evidence of foul play in Daniel's death, but spawned a subsequent to explore any additional evidence. The hearings will resume December 10.

91. Some of you just can't take the truth. You rant and rant about the truth being hateful, but I guess a pregnant woman taking drugs is fine with you, because you have never seen a newborn infant born with a drug habit it got from its mother. Some of you try to portray this trainwreck of a human being as a saint, but saints don't deliberately harm their children. Anna KNEW the drugs she wouldn't give up could cause serious damage to the baby inside of her, but she wouldn't put her baby's life first. She never put Daniel first, and he was always given to others to raise. Once the "hard" part was over, THEN Anna decided to pose as mother of the year, which she failed miserably at anyway. What Anna did to that old man was criminal, pretending to love him just to get his money.

Why blame TMZ for Anna's unfit parenting and totally immoral life? Because you need to hide the truth for an immoral slut? That IS what she was, and if you can't accept the truth about Anna Nicole, then that is actually an admission that you KNOW the truth about her is vile and reporting on the FACTS about this woman will sound vile because SHE was vile. Just because she could pout and shake her plastic boobs and pose for the cameras, that doesn't make her a saint. My God, wake up, if you can't take the truth about Anna, that is your problem, and calling people hateful for being FACTUAL about Anna is just plain ignorant. Obviously, some of you can't worship Anna unless you change what she really was.

93. Me, you told #10 exactly what I was going to. Jillian Barberie is a complete tacky idiot and never has there been such a repulsive person on TV. Why she has not been fired from "Today in LA" is beyond me. Her dress is vulgar and disgusting and she is self-centered and RUDE. What is up with that disgusting snarl of hers, the hideous laugh and GOOFY VOICE she puts on??? IMO she is not getting the constant attention she craves since she had the baby and she is obviously not a good mother. She said right on the air the other day that she picks up her baby only once a day. Her unemployed husband does all the child care in that house and you have to feel sorry for the guy being married to Jillian. Don't be surprised if those two announce their plans to divorce before the end of the year. Jillian has NO TALENT NOR BRAINS and Anna, who wasn't the brightest bimbo has her beat by a mile. No way could Jillain play Anna.

96. Sadly beauty is only skin deep {or should I say plastic surgery deep?}. ANS was a train wreck waiting to happen who manipulated everyone she came in contact with! After gettin rid of many who truly cared for her {because they wouldn't support her drug addiction} she ended up with just a few "YES MEN & WOMEN"....ALL ARE GUILTY OF NEGLIGENCE in varying degrees and should be prosecuted!
Now I see that her estate is being sued by the lawyers who represented her against her elderly {now deceased} Marshall....I truly wish that this estate could be finalized leaving nothing to ANS....the "Bitches of Birkwick" {Arthur, Cosby & "Dopey"} together with everyone else who has hopped on the bandwaggon would disappear into oblivion and hopefully go "lick their wounds" IN SILENCE!
Anna chose the life {of drugs} she led .... ran out of true friends .... relied solely on HK$ {who was totally infatuated with her and INSANELY JEALOUS of her love for Daniel and Dannielynn}.... I don't give a "fig" what ANS wanted!....the duty of care during her trip to the Hard Rock Hotel lies SOLEY with HK$....HE FAILED THAT DUTY AND SHOULD BE CHARGED!
P.S. WHY IS HE STILL LIVING IN HORIZONS?????

98. The day she died I had surgery. On the way home I heard she had died. I was still groggy from anesthesia, but I cried a little. It was sad. I thought it was perculiar that while I was "dead to the world" she was actually dying. Happy dead birthday Anna :(

102. Dear Virgie, my thoughts are with you on Anna's birthday. I know you are happy/sad with all the memories that you will always have in your heart. I know that there were more good than bad. As a mother, I know that there is just so much you can do for your kids, the rest is up to them. And then, just pray a lot. Please know that you have friends out there.
