47. I live in Kingsport,TN this was a HUGE deal. Even the country radio stations were talking about it this morning. Tennessee has a lot of drug problems with more dangerous drugs, but still I don't think this will be taken very lightly. A friend of mine who is a Police Officer said they were very friendly and cooperated with the authorities!

48. I can't figure out why he was in Kingsport, TN?? I used to live in that area when I was growing up and there is absolutely nothing there aside from an awful mall.

49.

Can you actually hot-box a bus with only 1 lb. of pot? Inquiring minds want to know.

I'm thinking they were woefully undersupplied if that was their intent.

53. ALL I CAN say is POT is like Alcohol, if you do it at least make sure the Driver is not stoned.
Also when will our government get real like HOLLAND and get some real data from them on
how it is they can run a successful country and not arrest people for pot possession.
They will arrest you in a heartbeat for any other drugs which is good.
BUT POT come on now...

55. Yea, after looking at the photos of the criminals I have concluded those boys will pick up a lot of gargabe along the Tennessee roads. They look healthy and bodily able to do a lot of work.

I-81 runs past Kingsport TN. They were probably transporting the drugs for resale from one state to another. Naughty Naughty boys!

57. There are many accusations being hurled around such as racism and these individuals being singled out for being black or famous. However, what no one has addressed is that a police corporal witnessed the RV run another vehicle off the highway. What would you recommend the officer have done? Look the other way? He pulled over the vehicle and smelled marijuana. What should he have done? Nothing? He searched the vehicle and found over a pound of marijuana and weapons. What should he have done? Let them be on their merry way? It seems the officers were doing their job--nothing more, nothing less. What's the issue?

58. @Who Cares

I'm with you, drugs are synonumous with the music industry of all genres. Although that doesn't make it correct to use drugs, it is kinda odd that many police forces are targeting Hip Hop artist by creating a whole new division called the 'HIP HOP UNIT'. I just wish all these people (both black and white, pop artist and hip hop artist ) would stop being dumbass and obey the law or at least not get caught LOL
