Brit and K-Fed -- New War Erupts

With Brit and K-Daddy working out who gets the kids on major holidays, it would seem they're finally seeing eye-to-eye. Not so.

Sources tell TMZ that Britney and K-Fed are at loggerheads over visitation. We're told that just yesterday, Britney was scheduled to take the kids, but asked K-Fed if he'd trade days so she could shoot her music video during the day. We're told K-Fed refused and Brit was pissed. She ended up pulling an all-nighter, shooting from around 9:00 PM last night to 6:30 this morning.

Other sources say the reason K-Fed is fed up is because Britney has been like a moving target when it comes to visitation, constantly changing the schedule. We're told she's rescheduled the music video three times before finally shooting it yesterday. Federline, we're told, accommodated her for a while but has had it.

Merry EX-mas, guys.

19. Just out of curiosity, is K-Fed working these days? Does he have any sort of schedule that he, himself, must keep? Last I heard (and I could be wrong about the present) he didn't, and between that and the fact that Britney is pretty much writing all the checks these days...maybe Britney really has been walking all over the guy when it comes to visitation, but I do hope that that reality (assuming it is as I understand it) is given due consideration before any judgement is passed.

21. Well, when you have to work.......oops sorry K-fed, something you know nothing about! She is not in a line of business that works 9-5 or even Mon thru Fri, what do you expect???? Not to mention trying to keep everything under cover from TMZ and the likes........You see Brit can't have a nanny watch after her kids like K-Fed, she has to spend quality time with her kids in the presence of a court monitor. If K-fed is such a good father why don't he spend time with his other kids, better yet why didn't he stick around long enough to be a father for them instead of running off with another woman........

Actually, no. His actions will be seen as stabilizing for the children.

The parent that will end up looking bad is the one who constantly causes disruptions to the visitation schedule. That's why there IS a schedule.

24. K-Fed is an ass. If she was scheduled to make a video that day, he should have accommodated her. So what if she's changing visitation days, and so what if the previous video filming dates were changed. She has every bit as much right to see those children as he does, and how she handles her career is none of his business. Those children are not in school, so there is no reason why he cannot accommodate her requests except that he is an ass.

TMZ, why don't you start stalking K-Fed too, rather than pandering to him. I have always thought there was something not right about that guy, so chances are you'd get a lot more real dirt from watching him.

28. Child Custody and visitation laws say that parents are suspose to encourage the love and affection of the children with the other parent. Now K-fed is just being an ass. Someone has to support those kids and jobless fed-ex. She shouldn't be punished because she has to work, other parents are not, like military soldiers that have drill weekend during visitation weekend. Like switching visitation time is really going to hurt fed-ex, he is unemployeed with no work duties or obligations. This one is going to hurt fedex. Now I think that fedex is taking things to far. Brit is not a bad mom, she is just young and learning, all parents make mistakes, and will continue to make mistakes. Plus clearly Brit is trying to get her kids back, she is working hard, doing as the courts say and has even hired a driver. Fed-ex is now being mean, vidictive, unfair, unreasonable, and nip picking far too much, and really working on waging a smear campaign agaist Brit. He should get a job so he keeps busy and doesnt have to spend all of his time trying to attack britney.

29. Kevin needs to take a stand. Whether it's people involved with her personal life, or professionals, including companies and their staff, she thinks because she is Britney Spears she is so damn important, no one else's time or feelings matter, and can yank everybody's chain on a whim. It's time companies and others cut her off, and stop bowing to her antics. There are lots of other people who work all night, are professional in their work and treatment of others, take the utmost care of their children, and deserve to be noticed instead of Britney Spears. 30. If K-Fed wants to continue living the high life without any income other than what he receives from Britney, he should try to help with her work schedule. Without her, nobody would know him.
