Hmm actually, I've never known refusal to accomodate change in visitation schedules to work for or against either parent, even though many times it's a power play on one parent's side and we have zero evidence to make a judgement as to which parent that would be in this situation. It's awefully funny to think however, that considering the money at the disposal of both these parents due to Britney's career, that this is a big problem... It's not unusual to have to sacrifice a visit for work by a parent who doesn't have custody, and it's assinine to think either one of them are "stuck" with the kids at a time when inconvenient when they can more than afford childcare.

So what if she has to reschedule - what exactly is it that he is doing that is SO important ??? All he does is wait for the "support" checks and call his lawyers for frivilous things to take into court so he can spend more of HER money. I would think he would be happy to reschedule, so she can at least TRY to make more money to give to him. He is a selfish, lazy, evil bum whose only mission in life is to drive her insane so she ends up dead and her kids get all of her money. Oh, wait HE would get control of their money. Not bad for a back-up dancer. And if anyone thinks those kids know what day or time it is at their age - they obviously don't have kids. The only thing they know is what their parents tell them - I'm sure he only says GOOD things, as the court directed.

I guess since one of them HAS a career, it would be hard for him to know what a work schedule looks like and how demanding it can be in order to keep up with his child support payments that he needs to pay his bills and pay his other babies child support. Yeah Kevin's got it real rough laying around all day - oh wait, he's an "aspiring rapper". But there isn't a camera in his face 24/7 to show what type of a parent he is. I sure wish what's happened to Britney and her kids would happen in every home of the kids who are dying every single day of physical abuse and neglect...where are their court appointed monitors? Random drug tests? Every single traffic violation they commit-why isn't their license revoked when they roll through stop signs or maybe speed up to blow through a red light? Why isn't anyone watching over people who REALLY need it? The media and I'm sure from the commish, to the court appointed monitor all benefit somehow getting their name somewhere and making decisions based on how they will get their 5 minutes of fame. I've seen drug addicts and physically abusive parents given 2nd chances with their children and have them returned right back into the parents custody and some end up dead - The media and Kevin have done an outstanding job of stripping someone from their children and why? Because she's your everyday 25 yr old who makes minor mistakes as well? I'd like to know who in hell is a perfect parent...I'd be curious to see the media follow Kevin to Vegas/Miami etc and see how he acts. No wonder he knocked her up back to back - then cheats on her and knowing in the divorce he'd get spousal support for a period of time. He knew when that ran out that he would actually have to "work". So, why not send the media chasing after Brittany and recording her every movement from morning till night so that he can gain custody of the kids and collect child support. I guess that means Brittany is paying for all 4 of his kids so he can sit around all day. Amazing. I'd be really curious to see after his "best behavior" wears off - what type of parent he really is. Who he ends up dumping the kids on while he goes out to party etc....Once a loser - always a loser.

38. Can't say I blame him. My ex did this to me all the time, the kids get stressed due to lack of continuity and it's unfair to everyone. Brit needs to get a grip. Or she'll lose it all.

She clearly doesn't want much to do with them since she's been reschedualing her visitations with them and pawning them off on Kevin, she should just hand them over to Kevin for good and just move on with her life..she's probably going to abandon them anyways sooner rather than later.
