18. Lyndsay is a washed up has been at age 21. She looks like a strung out dope head. Alcohol makes you look old way before your time. She'll be broke soon enough then she'll realize how badly she screwed up.. and Hollywood won't give her another chance. Actually, they're not now. Producers have her blacklisted.

A separate source told the News that she also had at least one big fight with her boyfriend, Riley Giles, who joined the Lohan family for the holiday. Giles and Lohan met when she was in rehab.

After a late-night visit to the trendy Beatrice Inn on Monday, Lohan was calling Manhattan pals for a place to stay, the source told the paper. One friend received numerous voice messages around 4 a.m.

But the first source said Lindsay's alcohol intake was in moderation.

"For Lindsay, her real problem was drugs, not alcohol. In the past, it wasn't the drinking that was the problem — it was the heavy drug use," says the friend. "The drug use was way more intense than her party drinking. As long as she isn't doing drugs, she's OK."

Here we go the justiacations for one that will lead to the other.
Dont tell me she has not done drugs, Just a little bit.
Doing a ittle bit of drugs was not her problem! lol
She was way into that drug addict drama, so it wont be long before it shows itself loud and clear.

22. What kind of stupid judges do you have in lala land? This is the most stupid decision by a judge for a long time. He should be imeached and disbarred for allowing this videotaping of a deposition. It is far more than obvious that that money grubbing bus boy is out to sell this tape. I hope Lohan wins her lawsuit and follows that bus boy to his grave to collect.

23. While I do not condone driving under the influence or even reckless driving I anybody cares to remember this was one of those paparatzi chases. She lost control of the car and it crashes into this persons van. I believe if I am remebering corectly it had to do with her leaving the scene as well to escape the paps. Now here is the thing.... This was a run of the mill generic van. The person suing her was not inside the van and there were no injuries involved..... So just where the heck does this fool get off suing her for 200,000? Even if her bought a new van, paid for a month or two of rental cars or had it fixed it would in no way cost him 200,000 to be considered whole again. This guy is suing her to get rich and should not prevail. As for her countersuit.... Unless she is suing for him falsely accusing her or being under the influence ( Which if she wasnt she has the full right to do so) then her countersuit which by the way is much more reasonble, should be tossed out.

25. Lindsay is a good model for those who need to see how old drinking and drugs can make you look at 21. Lindsay looks like her mom's sister, rather than her daughter. When she's 30, Lindsay's face will look like a baseball glove unless she has a really good plastic surgeon.

Obviously her moral and self indulgent ways are doing her more harm then good.
At 21 how many guys has she had sex with? Good luck with rehab, she needs an
overall spiritual cleansing, and a huge kick in the ass.
