To Mrs. Kovachs, 4th Grade Teacher,

I don't have kids yet but I pray to God that if I do some day, they never have a teacher like you!!! You and people like you are the reason why young girls are starving themselves trying to attain an image that is unattainable. I'm gonna step out on the limb here and say that probably more than half of the women in Hollywood have had plastic surgery done. Most of them don't NATURALLY look like the finished product you see on the big screen. So young girls see this and think because they don't look like this that they are worthless. Kids of today are lost because of the type of ignorace and closemindedness you are spewing. But you are right. Society and Hollywood does push the whole anorexic look. But societey as a whole promotes a lot of things that aren't necessarily right. You are suppose to instill self confidence and self-thinking to our kids, but instead you are trying to create Barbie clones.

You know...I think she looks great. Several things should be noted...number one...real women have curves. Two...she's been in the water for what seems like a good deal of time and as we know...skin tends to prune up. that should explain the look on her backside. three, everyone had the same thought when tyra banks looked like she did in her bathing suite and it wasn't even a bikini. just let JLH live her life and keep her hips. On the ghost whisper..you can see she's very hippy and chesty...no one said anything there...why start now.

Nothing wrong with a weight on a woman. Wouldn't want to have a woman whose legs are thin as pencils.

She looks like a real woman not a perfect air brushed image just real. She is not fat at all. There is nothing wrong with being fuller and rounder. Beauty fades but she is very beautiful and very well adjusted a real man wants something he can hold on to not a twig he could snap. I mean J-Lo got real back and Jenn she is perfect just the was she is and does not need to workout.

What is the problem?

She is real and so what? Get real people, so she is a human with imperfection who isn't?

Instead of focusing on JLH's bottom focus on "YOU". I guarentee the person who photographed her has more holes not only on their thighs, stomach and face but their a**h*** has been poked 2 many times.

I think the real issue here is that local women have been screaming out for years that we are like Jennifer Love Hewitt, in that we can be the “fantasy” girl men ogle over. The fact that many posted she is a “real woman” and many men continued to loyally stand by her and say how perfect she is--despite the obvious fact that she has many flaws (clearly noted in the shots taken)--only supports the local “regular” women not of the entertainment business, in their fight to get men to see that if you find her perfect and a fantasy with her flabby stomach, butt, legs and scrawny facial features…then why aren’t we your fantasy?

The only reason men are loyally backing her up, no matter how she looks or what weight she gains, is because she is famous—that’s it. Had she been strutting the beach as a middle-class, no-name who worked at, say, McDonald’s, nobody would think twice about her. They might, at most, glance at her and think, “Eh, she’s cute…” but that’s about it. It’s only because she is a star, that she is getting glamorized and defended.

This is why the women of society with regular jobs, no makeup artists, no body doubles, no perfect lighting, no glamorous dresses, etc., feel bad about themselves. It’s because we feel we can never be the fantasy girl or the girl of a guy’s dreams…It’s embedded in our heads that we have to have a perfect, flawless body and face, etc., before we can be deemed as the fantasy girl. Yet Hewitt comes along and is clearly out of shape and does not look good without makeup (let’s face it—she needs make up to get that pretty appearance because her features are so scrawny), and suddenly she is still the fantasy girl for all men to ogle at and dream about.

Huh? So, then, women do not have to have a perfect 10 body and face to be your fantasy? How confusing is that! If she can still be your dream girl, then so can us “regular women”! If you start focusing on the girls in your local area dying to be your everything, and stop wasting time with people on TV, then we wouldn’t have such insecurities built up over time. It makes us feel as if we just have be an actress to even be deemed a fantasy.

The bottom line is this: Don’t let someone’s profession determine whether someone can be your dream girl or not. That’s ludicrous. If you see her as perfect with all the pudge and dorky face, then you should have no problem using that energy on the women all around you, that have been waiting this whole time to be noticed equally.
In regards to saying she is not fat; no, she isn’t fat necessarily, but she is out of shape. It’s frustrating to some because she is only 28, has no kids and tons of money, and yet she is just being lazy about taking care of herself better. There really is little excuse for it. Perhaps she is fine and dandy with how she looks, and no one is blaming her for that. However, we shouldn’t promote women to let themselves go, as this country is already in shambles when it comes to obesity.

There is a difference between obese and scrawny. It’s called being fit and healthy. While she claims to be a size 2, and defends that such a number is not fat…jean size does not necessarily determine health and fitness levels. For her to have a small skeletal system as she does, that therefore means it takes less fat for her to body to be in trouble or to start causing health issues. Plus, you can be a size 2 and still be technically fat with a high BMI.

Neutron, it sounds to me like you’re just an overly obsessed fan that will defend Hewitt no matter what she looks like or what she does. This is simply you being biased, because she is famous. The fact is, although she cleans up well, so does every single woman on the planet! Big deal. Without the makeup and lighting and nice clothes, body doubles, assistants, etc., she simply looks like every average woman on the planet.

And that, again, brings me right back to the original point I made at the beginning of this post. If you deem her as “perfect” then why not put up posters and take pictures and fantasize about someone local that looks that way? There are millions of women out there that are as good looking, and in my opinion, WAY better looking than her, even without makeup and all the money and lighting, etc. We’re too busy narrowing our minds and choices down to women in mags, TV, etc., as to who can be our fantasy, while neglecting the women all around us.

So it is the glamorizing of actors and actresses, which is causing the problem. And all TMZ did was prove that she is indeed very average looking with many flaws body-wise and facially, of which she obviously relies on makeup and lighting of her profession, to keep her in that realm of beauty men are insisti
