40. i live in upstate New York and i was there at this concert with my son. Not only should Akon be charged, but so should the guard...they know better and Akon acted like he wanted to fight this kid, ripping off his shirt. I was less than 100 feet away -- it took my breath away and we left hte event shortly thereafter. He's a jerk.
