For all the people saying Akon is wrong... what if that happened to you if you were out with your family, or girlfriend, or at the grocery store etc etc. You would of killed the little fool for thinking he's funny.

63. A 15 year old kid is not a child. That clown is in highschool. If he is man enough to throw something in another persons face he better be man enough to deal with the consequences. If it was a big football player 15 year old that kicked Akons a** for trying that we wouldn't be saying anything...So that little bum deserved what he got.

As for the comment about loser Mom Spears and what she does is OK? Dude your perception did not mature past the first grade. Don't you notice a persons character? Normal actions/Normal behavior. Get past the color so that you can OBSERVE the person.

What an aweful "life" it would be; flocking with the wrong bird, just because of the COLOR of his feathers! Can you say, "Tunnel Vision?" I see now why the prison population is over-crowded with thugs. You just follow their color and never see right OR wrong.

73. What's up with that misdemeanor charge? This was a 15-year-old minor who was physically assaulted by an adult. The charge should be felony assault on a minor. We had a similar assault by a convenience store owner in our neighborhood about 5 years ago and the man was sentenced to 18 months in prison. The only difference I see is that this misdemeanor charge is against a black man who assaulted a 15-year-old white boy and the felony assault on a minor charge against the convenience store owner in our neighborhood was a white man who assaulted a 15-year-old black boy. The kid was barred from coming in the store after a couple shoplifting incidents and when he came in again he cursed the store owner when the owner told him to get out of the store. The store owner lost his temper and grabbed the kid by the back of his shirt and dragged him out of the store to the trash dumpster and then hoisted the kid up and body slammed him into the dumpster. For that he was sentenced to 18 months in prison on a felony charge because the kid was a 15-year-old minor... and because the kid was black and because a couple black churches organized a racial protest after the incident. But in this incident there is only a misdemeanor charge against a black adult who assaulted a 15-year-old white boy. What's wrong with that picture?

74. It's funny how people defend rap, it's a vile and nasty lifestyle that's made the inner cities war zones. How many country singer have been gunned down by other country singer? It's rap, because rap isn't about music it's about violents, abuse of women and it's not being accountable for the things you do that are wrong. Defend it all you want, just watch as your neighborhood is torn apart and say it people like Dog is doing it, not rap and the thugs involved in this vile lifestyle!!!

75. Rap artists are nothing more than people that can not sing a tune. I would sue his ass off if those were my kids. Especially the poor gir the kid landed on. It was uncalled for and the security guard and the whole organization should be held accountable. SECURITY is there for your SECURITY !!! Hillary sucks!! (shoulda done that for the prez years ago)
