A TMZ photog put himself in harm's way yesterday -- just by asking Brad Garrett a question. You never know when the big fella might snap!
But Brad was in a jovial mood in Malibu, chatting about the writer's strike, the fires and his future career as a car wash attendant. When our guy joked with Brad, saying he'll keep his distance, Brad shot back, "You're a smart man."
Lesson learned.

I guess there are a few paps that evidently learn not to crowd some people's bubble.
Alas, they have to learn the hard way, though.
Having a camera shoved back up your nose and the only film you have to show for the day is the inside of your left nostril is a tough break.

5. Garrett is anything BUT a bully! The photogs are being bullies invading peoples spaces, antagonizing them and then crying foul when they get pushed back. They got exactly what they deserved. Army Brat, you are wrong.

6. You paps should be slapped down more often. The whole celebrity stalker thing has gotten out of control. People are entitled to some privacy, and it should be ILLEGAL to take pictures of minors (the stars' children) for the purpose of selling your rags.

8. I love Brad, I personal think he's a cool guy and from what I can tell he just wants a little space. I can't blame him b/c I would have already kicked somebody in the face if it was me.

10. Brad is my all time hero. You have no idea how great a man he is. The charity work he does and the compassion he has for people cannot be topped. TMZ has tried their best to make him look like some kind of evil monster, but now it's looking like they will fail at this the same way they fail at everything else. Keep your head held high, Brad. You are a beautiful person, inside and out.
