Convicted sex offender Thomas Delmer "Artimus" Pyle got himself arrested again in Florida last night for the same thing he didn't do last time -- register his address with authorities. Sweet Home Sheriff's Department!
Here's the deal: As a sex offender, Pyle is required to register his exact address with the DMV, and the Sheriff's Department had asked him to make the change in early November, and when he didn't do it, they popped him last week. Because he still hadn't done it as of yesterday, the Sheriff nabbed him again. And we're told that he can be arrested every 48 hours until he gits 'er done.
Sgt. Charles Mulligan of St. John's County Sheriff's Office stresses to TMZ that Pyle isn't accused of any other offense other than failing to register his address. And, as of this morning, he's still in custody.
