She was not yet 20 years old when that cruel moniker was used, and I don't see why the press would help a debauched scion like Davis to sexually harass a young woman. 18. gizette2002 the one with the reading impairment. She is acting crazed because someone took a photo of children that were already seen. She endangered herself to tell them off. Where were her children when she was driving like a crazed idiot to tell them off??? I certainly hope they were not in that car

21. Back away from the children! I LOVE JULIA! Finally a star with common sense. TMZ and all the others... Stop talking pictures of minors (children under 16) who are NOT professional actors or models, etc., who can NOT give their consent.

I would love to know what was said. That 'little fly' was damn scared cuz he knew he was taking photos or video near a school and was clearly wrong.

Why don't the police AND the California legislature stop all this crap?! Make these little flies sit, hands over head, gather ID's, and start arresting and confiscating their cameras when they consistently interfere with the freedom and daily lives of U.S. citizens. Such as the right to walk safely from a car to a store, to drive in a car without being followed and harassed, or pick up their children at school.)

22. Awesome Julia, stand up or your rights!!! Some of these A-holes deserve to get their skulls crushed in!!! Nothing happened in Great Britain when the paps assisted in killing someone, but maybe it will when it happens here ( but I doubt it!). I wonder who will be the first to die here- a pap, or a celeb?

24. Let's face it.
In todays world, these guys are like a plague of locusts, or even worse

While I do NOT think Julia should have risked lives by chasing the guy, that is a whole other story, I can finally understand her frustration.

These so called "freedon of the Press" creatures are out of work gnats, who do NOT have Press Credentials, NOT real Photographers, just swarms of low life unemployed people with a camera, that will do ANYTHING to sell a picture.

To me, they fall into the category of stalker and should be arrested for harassment, among other charges.,

While I admire the field of photography, these people are NOT in that category at all.
From Richard Avedon to Ansel Adams who WERE famous photographers, MOST of these cretins DO NOT deserve to called photographers!

I used to think, the celebrity had to endure this.. This invastion of their public life was part of the business. I do NOT feel that anymore.

Thanks to the last 20 years of magazines like People, US Weekly, TV shows on Entertainment, and various web sites, who demand instant photos and any type of news moment by moment on certain celebs, this vast pool of bottom feeders has been formed.

Please don't tell me some of these people are good. Maybe they are, but their frenzy and methods of doing this are awful. Enough is Enough.

27. I am so glad she has the sense to say something. We are at war with all the sickos who are out to hurt children. We do not need to get use to kids being photographed at their school, because you never know who that person might be.

Stars are fair game for the photographers, but LEAVE THE KIDS ALONE!!!!!!

While your love for Julia is interesting enough, she could have KILLED someone with her reckless driving. And while it's true that no one got hurt, you are probably one of the hatemongers who will rip Britney's driving to SHREADS and then praise Julia for protecting her children!

She's got a good bod (much better than cottage cheesy JenLovHewitt) but that's about all she has going. Julia honey, if you want to stay out of the media maybe you need to quit acting and move back to New Mexico. Or get all cheesy like JLH and become the little hausfrau you say you want to be.

30. all of you who say that this is what celebs sign up for need to get lives. you just want this to happen to them so you can get a sneak peak into their lives to fill voids in your own. acting & being photographed is their OCCUPATION only. they did not sign up to be stalked...or much less, to have their families stalked.
these papparazzi are criminals!
crotch shots & stalking children..come on now! if this happened to any "regular folk" these so called photographers would be hauled off to prison.
this is getting out of hand & is completely ridiculous & i feel sorry for those of you who get off on this kind of stuff. don't you have your own lives to lead? sad pathetic losers.
