Yes, she can. This is a free country, but when your so called rights step on my rights, then it's time to stop.

You CAN be an actress or actor or a sculptor, teacher, janitor, nurse, electronics tech, or cobbler AND still maintain your right to walk down a city street (or in a parking lot, isle of a food store, etc.) and not be harassed or followed or have another's actions jeopardize your safety.

42. I think Julia is in the right she made the decision to be an actress. But she is still a human being and is intitled to her privacy. Her children did not sign up for the celeb life show you should still respect her kids privacy. So yes she was in the right and once again the paparizze should take and back off a little bit

44. The Celebrities in many ways are being exploited for profit by the PAPS. To sell a celebrities picture for any kind of gain, should be against the law. If Celebrities were able to register themselves as protected ( trademark), the paps would have to go away or face some very high civil penalties or jail time. The network press is only making it worse by putting it on the air and online, Peoples lives are being invaded and sometimes ruined. What happened with Diana should have been a lesson to society about the need for laws against this kind of criminal behavoir. The recording industry has filed lawsuits against individuals who share copyrighted material, the actor's guild should do something similar, Those who take pictures should pay to take pictures one way or another, Unless they have permission to do so. Furthermore the Paps should be licensed and bonded and should made to work through accredited agencies.
Julia you are a sweetheart, and a wonderful mom, People have no right to take pictures of your babies your rights should be protected by laws of a civil society.
