66. Children are not public figures. I would think photogs would need permssion to PUBLISH any photo of the children.... But, just TAKING photos? I think if they're out in public paps can photo anyone. Just can't sell it....

68. to Dunworth and others that feel the same way. You may have every right to feel the way you do. then again you may not. Does anyone on the outside know for sure what people are all about other that what is read in smut mags, and the media.
I feel the need to add one more thing here to my previous post,, I am not in love or condon anything Julia did. But I do admire her for wanting to protect her children from all the crap she and others have endured. People have the right to be in public no matter what profession they choose and to protect their kids from exposure. She did blow it doing so, but she was provoked into doing what she did and lost her cool. You have to admit she made a point. She probably learned a lesson too. leave her alone, we all make mistakes and deserve forgivenes.

69. If these celebrities do not like the paps, move out of LA...this is their job and this is the price you pay for fame and fortune...sorry. I have zero sympathy for these zillionaires...they work very little and make outrageous amounts of money...their fans buy all these magazines and the paps keep them in the public eye...if all the paps left LA, the celebrities would be looking around wondering where they all went and they would be very sad no one was around to snap their photo...leave LA if you do not like the celebrity lifestyle and all it comes with.

For those who did not watch the Video.... you really should, you will find that the pap's were shooting video at the chidlren's SCHOOL.... which means, the children of the average folks could be in that video.. Hey, child molesters photograph children at schools too.. Can you tell the difference.. most paps do not have a press card, nor do they wear a cap or t-shirt with TMZ on it... Now, is it okay for Momma's even famous ones to be a tad upset at fools with cameras with children as the target.....

74. Ok Cameo and all the Julia people - let me understand this. It's always ok to defend your children when you bring them out in public by choice - even if/when it endangers other people. Jeez, even Michael Jackson defends his kids - does that make him a good person too? Julia isn' t stupid - she knows that she is the target of the paparazzi and that they want photos of her kids. She could have had the nanny (yes she does have one) take the kids in one car and she could have gone in another if she didn't want the kids to be chased down by photographers. As a celebrity she knows this. She actually endangered not only other drivers BUT HER OWN CHILDREN just to make her point. I wish the photographer had kept his camera on. She chose to confront him. He could have been a nut with a machine gun for all she knows, who could have gunned them all down. But again, she chose to confront him.

Julia - keep the kids at home or send them out with someone else. Makes me wonder if she displays this kind of temper at home too.
