Celebrity Feuds
Julia Roberts -- America's Pissed-Off Sweetheart

Usually it's the paps who hunt celebs, but yesterday, Julia Roberts was on the chase in L.A., driving on the wrong side of the road as she went after a photog!

Once they stopped, an irate Julia got out of her car and gave the pap the George Clooney treatment, scolding him for trying to snap pics of her children. Roberts demanded that the photog turn his camera off -- and he nervously obliged.

91. Sounds like JULIA was the one enraged chasing the photog.... nice parenting- with her kids in the car??? She is a B****, we saw her in N IL a few years ago and watched a young women (fan, probably former) try to get a pic of her and she got REAL nasty & refused, and then wouldn't give another kid an autograph.

92. She has said in the past that she understands the pcitures taken of her - but not the kids and I think that is reasonable. Are we so "star" obsessed that we need to stalk little kids too?

93. I don't care what ANYONE does for a living. Their children are children NOT actors, they didn't choose to be in "the industry". I can't believe the ignorance of those who would rather complain about the parents than show concern about the flashing aggressive photographers. Are you serious? Shouldn't your anger be at the scavengers who'll scare innocent children by climbing on their cars and snapping off flash after flash. I applaud ANY parent who will protect their children. I say good for Julia, she did the RIGHT thing. PROTECTED HER CHILDREN.

94. TMZ sure is one stupid piece of crap. I wouldn't spit on the papparazzi if they were on fire.

95. I have loved all of Julia's movies. But I am amazed that celebrities pick a profession, that is going to put them in the limelight, take a huge salary because we go see their movies, live a lavish lifestyle, because we go see their movies, etc. I understand that the paparazzi can be a bit overbearing, but this is the life the famous have chosen. I think she is just really pissed cause we caught her parking in a handicapped zone.

96. oh my, so much venom...... I feel Juli a was wrong driving on wrong side of street going after photographer, however, she had every right and BRAVO to her for wanting not to have flash bulbs popping at her kids. She has always obliged the autograph hungry and photographers, but I totally concur, when it comes to your kids, HANDS OFF.
Again, maybe some of you don't understand - it always boils down to the bottom line $$$$$ and the more crap they get, the richer the magz and their execs get.
Everything has gotten out of hand

97.
I have to give Julia credit for being so passionate and protective of her children but driving down the WRONG side of the road endangering her own life is not going to help three children losing their mother...IT is easperating to be a celebrity in this day and time...and there are no rules sadly when you are famous..but everyone deserves privacy...and children need to be protected...

MAYBE its time the PAPPARAZZI gets a lesson with some new laws regarding attacking parents for CHILDREN PICS...

98. She's right -- paps should not be chasing down kids at a school trying to take pics. Good for her!

99. She sounded just like she did in that movie she won an Oscar . She is so bad in this new movie with Hanks its almost laughable. Julia was great in Pretty Woman. Period.

100. Way to go girl. I think those guy push it.They need to get some laws in place to keep these people in line.

101. Julia is correct here, my goodness, these are children at their school! No one has the right to go to a child's school and take pictures of minors. It should be illegal! I hope the school presses charges and she sues them for stalking. It is one thing to photo her when she is out and about but when paps go after the kids, well I will not particiapte by buying the mag that covers it. Or the site. It is inappropriate. There has to be boundaries somewhere! And common sense.

102. Well Julia shouldn't have driven on the wrong side of the road with her children along, but other than that....

103. I'm so fed up with these actor and actresses who can't seem to remember that when they signed on to become "famous", that they made a pact with the devil. You want people to love you in pictures, snap your pictures on the red carpet, bow down and praise you, yet when they take pictures of you when it's not an appropriate time for you (i.e no makeup, wild hair, drunk as a skunk) you go nuts! Wake up. If you didn't want this type of treatment then you shouldn't have become "famous."

104. First of all we're all going after Britany for her running a red light to get away from Paparazzi but when Julia goes down the wrong side of the road chasing another Vehicle with her children in the car it seems to be OK. I think people are just picking favorites!

105. I agree completely, Steve and Montrealguy.

The price of fame is constant scrutiny--period. If you don't like that particular condition, then stay out of the public eye and choose a different career.

It never ceases to amaze me, the attitudes these actors have...they get paid millions to be famous, and then they gripe when people want to see and photograph them.

The irony is this...years ago, as struggling actors, they would probably have given ANYTHING to be followed around and photographed. Now...they hide as much as possible. Some people always want what they don't have.
