I don't always respond to some of these comments, but jeez, don't some of you people read and comprehend what has been written? The second picture IS NOT Gary Dourdan,
but someone that resembles him quite a bit, read the caption again KNEW IT.

Give Gary a brake if you look close enough you'd know that was not him. Or if you had bother to read the story you would have know it was not him. Get some glasses

To all of you who cannot read. This is a different man. Take a close look. He does look similiar, only if he went to Hell and back.

Scary. I have often heard that we all have a double someplace in this world. Guess that it is true.

My oldest daughter once had someone she knew come up to her and chew her out for being unfriendly. I walked up and the person got all flustered. I don't live in the same town and it took us a bit to figure out that the person had seen me and not my daughter. So funny, even with 20 years age difference between us.

Just read several of the posts and can only say....folks you need to learn to read and understand if you thank that the pictures are of the same person.

As far as a lawsuit...for what...no place does TMZ or AOL say that it is GAry, infact the article states it is not........

Uhhhh..... some of you need to 'read' what it says. That is NOT Gary. It's just a guy that got arrested in another state that TMZ says, "hey look, this guy looks like an older Gary Dourdan". Hell of a likeness though, my gosh.

LMFAO! I've been laughing for a straight 5 minutes. When I first saw it my mom and sis were by me and we all gasped in horror. The picture is that shocking. I thought it was him for like a milisecond and then my mom was like "It's not him. Their noses are different" I'm laughing while posting this. I hope Gary doesn't see this.

But jeez, that guy needs a good washing. YIKES!
