Gary Dourdan (left) stars in the hit CBS show "CSI." Demitris Hirsch (right) was arrested yesterday in Lafayette, La. on charges of aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon. 
Hirsch is still in custody and his bail is set for $3,000. Help a brother out, Gary!

Oh, this just has to be one of the most hilarious posts on TMZ if not just for what a bunch of the so called 'readers' are commenting about!
