40. There is a law thanks to the Supreme Court. It says if you are in public view without using extreme measures, you're fair game. The understanding is you leave celebrities' kids alone UNLESS they are put into public domain by their parents or themselves are the celebrities. And it's the same for everybody whether you're famous or not. If you're on the street picking your nose, adjusting your crotch, or whatever, you're fair game if anybody has a camera. I love all the posts here at TMZ by people telling paparazzi to get a life. How in the heck do you even know about TMZ and their forums if you're not a ready and willing participant in their shenanigans? Geez. Talk about needing a reality check.
