Brian Austin Green Attacks Paparazzi!

When "Beverly Hills 90210" sublebrities attack! I will paint you!

A hot, tatted up and Timberlake-ified Brian Austin Green got gun crazy yesterday and shot at a paparazzi vehicle -- unloading a few paint balls onto the side of a Flynet photog's SUV. TMZ spotted the splattered SUV on Robertson Blvd., looking in serious need of a West Beverly High charity car wash!

83. Am I the only one who thinks that was vandalism? Yes, the paparazzi are OUT of control nowadays. YES, it seems the police cant/wont do anything, UNTIL someone gets hurt. Its only a matter of time before an innocent person gets hurt in this quest for "the picture". Or when celebs like Julia Roberts, go RACING down the street , going the WRONG way, beeping her horn like a mad lady, could ALSO have caused an accident.

84. You ask what he has done the past 10 years, none of your F----in business. And that is the point. He hasn't been in the public eye for awhile. So unless he is out there promoting a movie or show.....they don't need to poking a camera in his face. Most all of us wouldn't want that in our personal life. And other's shouldn't be making an business of it. Being an papparazi seems an innocuous line of work. It will take some of these people being hurt or killed for a wake up call. I don't think the legal system nor our government should protect these vermin, using the first amendment. What is displayed to the public can affect their income, their profession and their family's. Unless they have done something horrific it is no one business.

85. If more celebs did this the "Stalk-a-razzi" would back down and treat the celebrities like human beings instead of animals.

86. It is so sad that these so called new people profit from stalking others. It is not in my opinion protected by the 1st Admendment but is just criminal stalking. Prenciss Diana was always stalked everywhere she went. Iwonder how a major Achorman/person would feel every time they opened a curiain or door, or left the house with 50 cameras snapping shot at them??? I bet it would be another story. There are stalker laws on the books, why doesn't the police enforce them. Someday/somewhere they will run into the wrong person and the it will be real news!

89. Hahahahaahaaa !!!!! Good going Brian !!! But.....the BAD thing is.....from a legal
standpoint.....this IDIOT PAPPARAZZI could have Brian charged with 'vandalism'....or
'damage to personal property' or 'attempted assault'.....whatever would be applicable
in that state.....

WHEN......WHEN....are the legislators gonna get OFF of their butts and enact
legislation that makes it ILLEGAL for 'working papparazzi" to get within .....oh..say....10 to 20 feet of a celebrity ???!?!??!?!? WHEN ??!?!!? I've seen the videos of poor Britney TRYING to drive away.....but how the hell can you....when you have Paps leaning ALL OVER your car ??? NO WONDER she runs over their feet !!! ANY driver would !!! And how could anyone even SEE where they are going with ALL those flashes going off in your face ?!?

The ONLY way to STOP this kind of 'stalking' is for the Legislature to ENACT legislation
making it illegal to get within a certain footage of a celebrity........and until then.......
there's not a snowflake's chance in hell......that I would ever convict a celebrity of
doing ANYTHING in an effort to get some papparazzi OUT OF HIS/HER FACE............
