Lisa Rinna -- Lipped Reader

Lippy Lisa Rinna, 44, was seen nonchalantly picking up a rag in Beverly Hills. It is unclear if she was smiling for photogs, or is simply unable to close her mouth.

The 1995 Soap Opera Digest Award winner killed a bad hair day by slapping on a petite fedora, the brim of which may have extended just far enough to shield her lips from the sun.

3. It looks like she now has a chin implant to go with her huge lips. I think she has a body dismorphic disorder that is now becomming more obvious.
