The mass of security that escorted BritBrit out of Target have nothing on the goons from a Westfield Fashion Square in suburban Sherman Oaks, Calif. The rent-a-cops walked a suddenly camera shy Vanessa Hudgens out of the Macy's yesterday with the type of protection usually reserved for Afghani diplomats visiting Pakistan.


Seven, count 'em, seven uniformed (and uninformed) guards shielded Hudgens from cameras as they walked her to her car, past her car, and then back to her car.

Meanwhile, back at the mall, it was probably a winter wonderland for holiday shoplifters.

16. okay, this is absolutely ridiculous!!! NOBODY ever needs this much security. unless you're a politician, it makes no sense to have that type of security

17. ...touching his camera is an assault. nice to hear that he has even heard of the word and applies it in his own protection...but what really best describes him are the first three letters of the word; and here's one definition (he's a little sensitive for such a tough job, dontcha think?)

18. Shes a disgrace, why woul Disney even think about keeping her? She wasnt with body guards to put pics on the internet naked, so why does she need them now? Shes a loser!

19. looks like "mark smith" is a mark for mall security. geez man they're just security guards with different responsibilities just like any other type of security official...

20. When did she all of a sudden become camera shy? Has anyone else seen the other pap photos and videos of her, she loves them! I think its funny that towards the end there is that pregnant woman just standing and watching. The security can help a disney star to her car from a few paparazzi but you can't help a heavily pregnant woman from her car to the store?
