TMZ caught Piven in front of the Newsroom Cafe on Robertson with his new hydrogen-powered BMW yesterday, where the "Entourage" star asked us to tell the Governator to get more hydrogen stations. Sure, Ari!
It's great that he's going green -- but does that make him special enough to park in a red zone?!

5. Good for Piven to be driving a car like this, but 10 years maybe too late to make that switch. I'd give him a pass on the red zone for once on this one. Too bad he didn't jaywalk, because that would have really fleshed out the story of what a vicious criminal he is. Sure would have sucked if a cop need that space open to escort Britney through!
