Judge to Vivica -- Get Your Butt Booked!

Vivica A. Fox was a no-show at her DUI hearing this morning, but the judge made it clear to her attorney -- she'd better get booked or else!

TMZ was in an L.A. courtroom this morning as a judge told Fox's attorney she must be properly booked -- fingerprints, mugshot, the works -- by December 11. If she doesn't get booked, the judge said she must appear on that day or he will issue a bench warrant for her arrest. Independence day, indeed!

As TMZ first reported, Fox was arrested on March 20 after passing a marked police car on an L.A. highway going 80 mph in her Escalade at 10:57 PM. According to police, she failed a field sobriety test and her blood alcohol level was "definitely over the .08 legal limit." She then got all racial one of the arresting officers, who happened to be black, "Brother help a sister -- are you going to let this racist white cop do this ... well are you?'"

31. Mel Gibson and other white celebrities make racial slurs and there is an up roar. Using race as an excuse to avoid the consequences of bad behavior is equally offensive and it deserves the same response.

33. I agree 100% Get Real. EVERY time a person of color appears on this site, it gets very racist. Take melissa defina for example, look how educated and pleasant she is! 36. Vivica Foxx according to a google search shows that she is from Indianapolis Indiana and graduated from high school in 1982. She went on to a community college in Huntington Beach California where she was discovered. From there is history.
She has done several movies one of which got her off the ground with actor Will Smith, Independence Day.

She has been in several movies which flopped but she came back in late 1999 with her movie Juwanna Mann, where she plats a basket ball player who happens to be a man.

Although she hasn't done much since 2003, she has won an MTV award and a few other things.

Personally, she married for a short time then dated 50 Cent. and is now single again.

So, she's not doing too bad and has had a successful career however in my opinion, she is more a B list actress.

So, ya'll cut her some slack. She is trying hard and she does work./

37. First off, I wish you folks would quit paintbrushing all black people like they all act like Vivica! That's like saying all white folks are like Paris Hilton, Linsdey Lohan, Jefferey Dahmer, Scott Peterson or Chris Benoit. Don't paintbrush!

That being said, this idiot not showing up for her courtdate isn't very bright at all! The unwritten rule of thumb is that you never, ever p*ss off a judge and that's what she's done! Get over yourself Vivica and show up to court!

41. First, you can grow some baseballs. However, I thought this was about Vivica Fox not white rights. Believe me you have plenty of rights already just be thankful.

Vivica is a sad middle age woman who can't get used to aging and drinking and driving is only going to make her situation worst.
