Grace Morely used to be a burlesque dancer and met Montel when she was a guest on his show. They got married and she thought he was wonderful but then something about him changed. She really believes it was the drugs he takes for his MS that changed him, although he denies that. Their marriage ended when she caught him cheating...She caught him when the National Enquirer called to ask her about it. She seemed pretty bitter about Montel, saying that he only cared about money, did not treat her right in the divorce, and complains when she spends too much money on the kids. Met his ex-wife, Grace Morley, when she and her mother appeared on his talk show. The episode was about mother and daughter showgirls. Grace had previously danced topless in Las Vegas under the name "Bambi Jr".

19. I am sorry, but I find her behavior very unseemly and extremely self-centered and immature. Perhaps she should speak to the members of the family? She ended a human life, the children will grow up without a mother, and they will live with the pain and sadness for years. Brandy should have more maturity and humanity than she is displaying right now.

22. Brandy is not one of the hard-partying, irresponsible celebutants that has been frivilously partying this year without regard to the tragedy. She has expressed remorse, and curtailed any public appearances. Let the legal system work... and in the meantime, if she wants to support her brother, continue her career or have a little R&R time, I say, "go for it, Brandy!"

Despite some folks wanting to place blame and judgement, IT WAS AN ACCIDENT. It happens every hour of every day, and people are accidently killed.

I sure hope you harsh people are on the BLAME end of an ACCIDENT one day. You can not live in the past, or you will have no future. Her auto and homeowner's insurance will pay the family as much as they can get.

26. Brandy is just another Hollywood scumbag that killed someone and will most likely get away with it. Worst of all there are two kids without a Mom now. I wonder if Brandy was thinking about any of this while she was out partying to support her even bigger scumbag of a brother's cd release. Brandy is just your typical dirtbag from LA that will use her psuedo start status to make sure those kids whose mother she killed gets NUTHIN. She will probly take some cheesy vacation after she gets off the hook. Hopefully Brandy flies the same airline as Aliyah.

27. i'm just curious, why did the victim's family file a lawsuit two days after the accident? this was before the police started their investigation, i don't know just curious. can anybody say easy target, it's only a matter of time before brittney or paris kills someone, after all brandy was on a cell phone, paris and brittney are spotted by TMZ everyday at club partying so cross your fingers.

I find it hard to believe it was an accident .The word "accident" implies ---An accident is a specific, identifiable, unexpected, unusual and unintented external event which occurs in a particular time and place, without apparent cause but with marked effect. It implies a generally negative probabilistic outcome which may have been avoided or prevented had circumstances leading up to the accident been recognized, and acted upon, prior to its occurrence .-------the fact that she admitted she looked away ,before looking up and realizing that traffic had suddenly slowed in front of her ...blah blah blah blah blah ....
Okay so by deffinition it was far from an accident .If your going to drive -do everyone a favor and pay effing attention .
