It's horrible to know that if you get behind the wheel and an accident happens, you should be imprisoned or scrutinized your whole life. Hasn't anyone made a mistake before??? Even something small that humiliated you? It's not like she got in the car & did horrible things!!!!! This should be none of our concern anyway... We are not the family of the Mother that passed. We should be the people STAYING OUT OF WHAT'S NOT OUR BUSINESS!!!!!

92. It was an accident. As far as her getting away with something, no one in hollywood pays any consequences. I'm from Florida and the contrast to what happens in the real world is stark. What should she do go to the convent? The family filed a civil suit a long time ago. I don't want to minimize the woman's death, but accidents happen all the time and other people go on as well. Looks like TMZ has something against her, I haven't seen them rally for anyone else's imprisonment. Is this a racial thing HARVEY???

94. Let it go people.. she's got 27 days to wait it out. Pass your judgments when and if she's issued a ticket.. then, we know their probably cause that it wasn't just an accident. And accidents don't mean jail time--look at those two parents who left their baby in the car.. they're not in jail. but what lane garrison did.. get a DUI, well, that's worth jail time.

TMZ's absolute HATRED for artists shows in just how callous this article is to both the victims family and Brandy.

This is not something anyone with half a brain or a conscience would ever make light of.

She was driving the speed limit and had no drugs in her body. It was an terrible accident that was not her fault. These types of tragic accidents happen everyday on the roads.

Please give her a break already. This is not funny. She needs to be able to live her life again without the tabloids attacking her for surviving this crash.

This article by the TMZ staff shows just how messed up and evil the tabloids really are.

I believe TMZ tries to push people toward suicide by publicly attacking them like this.
